Now I am again reminded why I don't shop at Lowe's. First off my husband and I go in looking for 2x6x14 and found that the 2x6x16 were cheaper. Not only that but two of the same kind had two different prices. So went in search of a price check and waited as two employees finished putting something in a shelf, once they did. They simply walked right past us even though we were looking RIGHT AT THEM. Went to the front to check out and we were priced nearly a dollar more than their tag said. The clerk didn't believe us. So had to go back, take a picture and show them. So they changed it at the desk. We asked for a forklift to bring out the wood. Never did. My husband I had to go to get the wood and HALF of the studs were bent, broken or warped. The two employees that were supposed to do so never arrived and literally watched us as we loaded up a cart ourselves and took it out to our trailer. For a company big on customer service and quality material, they are lacking on ALL fronts.

OMG Trying to get a hold of someone is near impossible. which makes it really hard to coordinate installs and professional services. Service in all Lowes has dropped below acceptable if you are lucky you will find someone who will actually want to do their job and is helpful. So frustrating

Went there 4days ago and didn't like the service there. The young lady who was there was rude, unpleasant and just didn't care about her job! I was there with someone else and we we're treated unwelcome! Terrible Service at the Pick up Window!! The elderly gentleman that took our items to the truck needed help!So, we had to help him! Very Bad Experience that day!!

I found exactly what I needed quickly and easily by asking one of the associates . they pointed me to the right aisle and told me exactly where to look. I sure don't like wondering around a big store and you don't have to in lowes, all you have to do is ask. Check out was quick and easy to and they were pretty busy

Excellent customer service while ordering online and pickup. Richard Keith was very helpful checking out brought our item to our truck and loaded dryer.

After doing some shopping in the garden area my wife and I went inside to look for mounting screws and we were met by Richard I believe his name was. He was very helpful and informative finding what we needed in a time manner. I noticed he helped a couple of more people down the aisle before we left. That type of customer service can be overlooked at times but in a busy store I can appreciate it. 👍

Lowe’s has changed their return policy. I used to be able to take in items to return without a receipt, and if they couldn’t find it via my credit card, they would just give me store credit. No longer. The returns person called a manager, who called a store manager, and their answer was “sorry the computer won’t let us return it for store credit”. The store employees didn’t make this change, Lowe’s corporation did. So be aware, they will no longer give store credit without a receipt, they will just hand your unopened return item back to you and say sorry.
