Was rudely interrogated tonight about my service animal (dog) and argued with about what the ADA law states about service animals. The “manager” had the nerve to tell me because she wasn’t wearing the service animal harness that she wasn’t a service animal. (This is not something that is required by law). I will be contacting Corporate to let them know of this incident so they can properly educate their employees on ADA service animal laws/requirements. ~Kaylee

Now I am again reminded why I don't shop at Lowe's. First off my husband and I go in looking for 2x6x14 and found that the 2x6x16 were cheaper. Not only that but two of the same kind had two different prices. So went in search of a price check and waited as two employees finished putting something in a shelf, once they did. They simply walked right past us even though we were looking RIGHT AT THEM. Went to the front to check out and we were priced nearly a dollar more than their tag said. The clerk didn't believe us. So had to go back, take a picture and show them. So they changed it at the desk. We asked for a forklift to bring out the wood. Never did. My husband I had to go to get the wood and HALF of the studs were bent, broken or warped. The two employees that were supposed to do so never arrived and literally watched us as we loaded up a cart ourselves and took it out to our trailer. For a company big on customer service and quality material, they are lacking on ALL fronts. ~Stezia

Wonderful, quick service! Evett is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the frames they have here (there is a great and wide selection) and also very kind. I appreciate her patience as she met with me and adjusted my new glasses to get the fit I wanted just right. She double checked the prescription of my glasses to make sure the lenses were perfect and helped me with a glasses return which was very simple. Dropped in for a quick lunch after seeing the Dr. Wish they were in a better location, usually not on that side of town. But as usual their burgers were spot on and good thick fries not those little skinny ones that once they get cold are like grease sticks. ~Joe
