Wonderful, quick service! Evett is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the frames they have here (there is a great and wide selection) and also very kind. I appreciate her patience as she met with me and adjusted my new glasses to get the fit I wanted just right. She double checked the prescription of my glasses to make sure the lenses were perfect and helped me with a glasses return which was very simple. went in to look for frames for my daughter and i guess i disturbed the group of women talking so they were annoyed we came in,the guy had to help us and they continued to talk like we werent even there,well i asked if could just leave my box they gave me to put the glasses in and they all just stared and said yea have a nice day,and as we were leaving they were laughing. it was a good learning experience for my daughter,,i asked her how did that make you feel as a customer and she said awful and that she couldnt wait to get out of that store, i asked her if she would ever want to come back and she said no,,its unfortunate that more arent trained to handle customers and to make them feel welcomed ,,but at least my daughter learned about what not to do if she is ever in customer service
