I would have given a zero star rating but the app doesn’t allow it. I made an appointment and specifically asked if the doctor would in store for my exam. I was reassured that the doctor would be there in person. I was there early filled out my paperwork and looked around the store for some glasses. 15 minutes in the manger comes in and tells me the doctor was not in and that I was welcome to a virtual eye exam. I was upset to say the least. My time is valuable. Well not be rescheduling my eye appointment at Stanton again.

Another great experience at Stanton. They really do have the best customer service. They always take time to compare the price (insurance vs. specials) and give you the best deal. Their warranty replacement is HASSLE-FREE and they make it so easy to replace lost or broken glasses. They are always quick to get orders ready if they have the frames and glasses in stock. If they don't have them it takes about 2 weeks but that is standard for every place I've ever been. Friendly staff, great prices and AMAZING selection! Best place in town if you need glasses or prescription sunglasses.

If I could give you a zero I would. Service is horible. I have waited over 2 months for my daughters glasses and still can not get an update of when she will get them. Have left several messages no one has called me back. They were quick to take my money for them.

Very unprofessional. Went Saturday to get an exam and picked out glasses. The lady who did the exam was extremely rude. I picked my glasses out there ONLY because they said they would be done 30mins-hour. I didn’t hear from them for the reminder of Saturday OR Sunday. I called today (Monday) and was told they would be ready on the 25th which is two weeks from now. I’m so upset. I could have gone somewhere else to get glasses, but didn’t because they said they would be ready THAT DAY. Never returning to this place again. Glasses are overpriced and are not well known brands.

First time here with my teenager and every aspect was flawless. They were so patient and professional and friendly. Prices were great and their insurance programs are reasonable as well. Oh and the glasses will be ready within an hour!! (They had our lenses in stock so it may not always be this way) BUT overall really great and we will be back when needed.

I had walked in and immediately I was ignored for another customer. I had told them I had came for an eye appointment and she said absolutely nothing to me and walked off to speak to another customer. Not once did someone come up to me and ask me if I needed help. All other customers, who even came in after me got help but myself. I got attitude from the receptionist when I asked about my appointment. I’m really thinking the staff here are racist or something because how was every other person helped but myself. And then when I approach for help, I’m immediately given attitude. The manager looked straight at me several times and not once asked me if I needed help. Horrible service, I will NEVER come back. My appointment was at 11:25 I showed up 20 minutes early, I walked out at 11:40 because we had yet to be helped without attitude. The whole staff if just rude, I will be reaching out to corporate. Most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced.

I had seen commercials about Stanton Optical so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Everyone was great. Leann was awesome and very helpful. She knew exactly what we wanted. I will let my family and friends know about the great experience we had here. The customer service and price for glasses is great.
