Manager does not know how to resolve any sort of conflict. Sat in line for 10 minutes while the manager and two employees argued with a customer . They treated him poorly and belittled him. Instead of opening up another register all three of your employees sat and argued with this customer. We all have to go to work in the mornings and can be in a rush. This is an unacceptable 10 minute delay they could’ve been avoided by simply opening up a register. This is not the first problem I’ve had with the manager she should be fired and replaced

All I had was a 100 bill to pay for gas with they refused to take it saying they can’t take that big of a bill or could but they would half to make change and they did not want to be bothered not great customer service on Christmas Eve I hope I make it to the next gas station!
