Fantastic service! Went in for oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out in a timely manner. Sunny and Jose were awesome. Alex the tech went out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly. I will be returning! Thank you!

Today was a horrible day for this shop!! Everything was good they were checking tire I had a nail in it , all of a sudden my truck was off the bay and pulled around to the front and service said I could go to some “Mexicans to have it fixed” I go back in and ask “so you weren’t gonna offer me a tire or anything” and a service man named John holds up a paper and says I’m busy!! I spent 350$ for 2 new back tires at this shop and you can’t even offer me a new tire!! What a way to lose out on 350 more dollars for 2 new tires!! I just thought that was very unprofessional and as an employee he could’ve had better customer service!!

Dan and Jose were extremely kind and considerate, and I would definitely work with them again. They assessed my car as soon as it was dropped off, gave me a quote, and made sure I knew exactly what was being done before they began maintenance. As soon as they were done, they called me and let me know I could pick it up. Stellar service.

I came here for one of my tires to be patched. We were greeted immediately by Daniel and got helped right away! Ronnie did such a great job and repaired the nail hole that was present. They also do not try to pitch anything, which gave us a genuine interaction. I will be coming back here for new tires!

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for an oil change + summer tire install before a drive down to Santa Fe. About 5 hours into my drive I hear a rattling noise coming from beneath the driver seat. I pull off to check it out and find the mechanic had failed to tighten the plastic and mesh coverings below the engine block. Screws and pins were missing entirely and the coverings were just dangling, bumping the highway + engine block. This left me stranded in the New Mexican desert with hardly any cell service. Luckily, I was just under a mile from a very friendly mechanic who helped me get those parts properly installed. If you want to guarantee that your car will be safe to drive for any reasonable distance, DO NOT GO HERE.

The quality of people this location has had to pick from has really gone down! From caring about your vehicle/safety to what's in your wallet an only caring about there self gain an paychecks. It's not always about the $$$ it's about helping owners stay safe on roads an educate them on why certain services are needed an extend the serves life of those parts. The people that are employed at this location only care about the paycheck an hours nothing more. Please hire quality people not those from the ghetto/hood this is a society learn be humble.

Excellent service! I needed a low tire fixed this evening before the winter weather hit and even though it was almost closing time and they had a shop full of customers, they worked me in and took care of it. Hard working crew and friendly staff!

I had exceptional service from every single person I came in contact with They were exceptional they were kind they were friendly they talk to me they showed me Everything upfront even took me in the back to see my car and what was wrong with it ordering parts was the worst part but that’s out of their control price kind of sucked but that’s also out of their control If you go to this location be kind some of the customers that I saw from 9 AM to 4 PM are crazy.. have real expectations for these mechanics . They aren’t magicians they can’t make up parts magically appear so be patient to these hard-working individuals that go to work every day and get berated. I didn’t get the names of any of them but everyone who worked today had a positive attitude despite how they were being treated by other customers

I scheduled an appointment 1 week ahead of time for an alignment, when I arrived 30 minutes early I was told that the tech wasn't going to be in for an hour, so I waited. When they took my vehicle back I told them the the driving pulled slightly to the left a d the steering wheel was slightly off to the right, I asked to correct both of these issues, I received my vehicle back 4 hours later and it still has the same problem. The manager was no help and didn't care about my inconvenience, I will never take my vehicle back to this place on West Colfax in Lakewood.....EVER! Don't make my mistake if you care for your car!!!!

Cody and his team are best. bring my Audi q5 on this shop yesterday nov 17 around 5pm, coz check engine light was on. they did quick diagnostic test. and find codes and issues on my car. everything was going so quickly and cody order parts that needed on my car. This morning i came back and they are working on my car, and just waiting for some parts. as soon as the parts came, they installed it snd fix my car so quick. I would say they have the Best mechanics and crew here. I am very grateful for this staff. my Car is running Smooth again. Thank you
