They performed a free basic inspection that I didn’t even ask for! They told me the car is in good shape overall. And the shop addressed my rear brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid issues in less than 24hrs!! I had the pleasure of speaking w Johnny and Loren who were both super willing to explain the issues to me in a way that makes sense. We were on a family vacation and our check engine light came on. No other car shop would even look at our car on a Saturday afternoon. Johnnie, the store manager, looked at our issue, helped us out! He quickly gave us great advice, did some quick things to help with elevation change, and got us going so quickly and nicely! 20 out of 5 stars to this place and Johnnie!!!!!

I drove in with a bad alternator and a car that wouldn’t start once I killed the engine. This was 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. At first they thought they’d be able to fix it by Monday, but found the part next door. Had the alternator installed in under 90 minutes shortly before they closed. VERY impressed. Lauren, the manager, was honest, personable and really helped me out in a pinch. Great guys!

I’ve been going here for a while and always had great experiences. Oil changes, tire changes, and some repairs. They’re great about explaining what needs to be fixed and giving me an idea of whether it’s urgent or can wait. I’m sure I could find some place cheaper, but I go here cause I trust the people actually take good care of my car.

I've been to this location a few times for some standard work (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and they've always been timely, friendly, and professional. Today I stopped in after an unexpected tire puncture. Not only did they fix it quickly, they took the time to show me how and where the issue occured. And, they did the repair for free which I was not expecting but certainly appreciated. It's rare you find a shop that's so helpful and accommodating these days. Highly recommend.

Lakewood Goodyear are my new Go-To neighborhood mechanics. I recently used them for tires for one car and was very happy so when another car had an oil leak, they got that work also. Simple oil filter gasket pinch caused leak, so the oil change with new oil filter handled that issue. Great team, friendly, fast, and thorough!

Honestly if you're not coming here to see Jonny and the crew about your car you might be in wrong place. I bring my car here and always get great service and kind people. These guys are seriously the best. They shoot straight, are super easy to work with/talk to and honestly just make the experience of getting my car worked on, super easy and nice! I hate pushy sales people and businesses that feel like they’re taking advantage of me. These guys are the opposite. Super friendly and go above and beyond. Johnny and Loren are both great. I’ve been here a few times and am def coming back!
