Honestly this has got to be one of the most useless banks on the planet. For years I've thought it quite comical how often the drive-up ATMs were broken, out of service or just simply couldn't perform simple tasks. I started keeping track for the hell of it and found that ~60% of the time they're not fully functional — even after replacing the old ones with newer models (glad to see our fees being used so appropriately). Chase as a whole is pretty nefarious too, it still rearranges transactions in order to maximize overdraft fees for the company. That practice has been illegal for years and has even been successfully prosecuted with other banks who do the same thing. When confronted with this the employees claim to have no knowledge of it (they probably don't, it protects the higher ups) and give a half-baked runaround that's obviously straight from some employee handbook. It's way past time for everyone to drop out and head to a local credit union. ~Brian

The quality of people this location has had to pick from has really gone down! From caring about your vehicle/safety to what's in your wallet an only caring about there self gain an paychecks. It's not always about the $$$ it's about helping owners stay safe on roads an educate them on why certain services are needed an extend the serves life of those parts. The people that are employed at this location only care about the paycheck an hours nothing more. Please hire quality people not those from the ghetto/hood this is a society learn be humble. ~noe

Nothing against the people, the front desk staff are always nice. And as far as I know, the work the mechanics do is good. But they charge 2-2.5x the typical fair rates for any given job. They minimize or skip over important information when sharing would result in saving you money. I learned this by getting second, third and fourth opinions and quotes from other reputable shops as well as doing research online. I always recommend getting a second opinion in any auto-service circumstance. It's very clear to me when a shop is working in the customers best interest by sharing information clearly and openly. Especially to help you understand what exactly is going on with your car, what is necessary vs what you could do to be as efficient as possible with your money. Merrill is simply not that shop. But they do clean work in a timely manner, so if you don't mind being overcharged it's a fine place to go. Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs ~Joanna

I cannot even express how disappointing my experience has been. I went in for an oil change and walked out with damage on my hood and fender. I hadn’t seen it till I arrived back home 27 min after leaving Nissan. I went back the following business day so they could see the damage and had the audacity to say that it seemed like it happened out of their doors. Service director never contacted me, I had to contact him after two days. SO RIDICULOUS! Negligent, disrespectful and careless. If I had noticed it on the spot, I probably could’ve gotten this solved but since I didn’t, now they’re trying to say it was vandalism or something I possibly did to my car when I left. Great way to treat customers by finding excuses with no solid logic. The damage speaks for itself. If you don’t like your car so much and want it beat up, this is your place. I’ll give them 5 stars on worst customer service. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ~David

This is a helen hunt store, employees ignored request for help. Basically saying go to hell and hunt for what I wanted . Poor customer service in the long run. I went to a different shoe store and was greeted nicely by helpful people. None the less sketchers has lost a customer. ~Don
