convenience store

On 8/8/2022 which is a Monday, there is only one lady who said she is manager working in the store. She refused to accept return because I do not show my ID. I have the receipt and original packaging of the clothes. My purse is left in the car, so I have to go back to parking lot and bring my ID. She even asked my phone number. She said she can not process return if I do not tell her my number. I feel it is ridiculous to ask these to return just one short. The return policy do not indicate ID is a must when doing return. She was trying to embarrass a customer. It is so disappointed. I also feel that girl is hostile. I remember when I buy the shorts two days ago, she is hostile and did not ask my membership so that I can not accumulate my points. Do not ruin the brand by a silly girl. ~luzi
