On 8/8/2022 which is a Monday, there is only one lady who said she is manager working in the store. She refused to accept return because I do not show my ID. I have the receipt and original packaging of the clothes. My purse is left in the car, so I have to go back to parking lot and bring my ID. She even asked my phone number. She said she can not process return if I do not tell her my number. I feel it is ridiculous to ask these to return just one short. The return policy do not indicate ID is a must when doing return. She was trying to embarrass a customer. It is so disappointed. I also feel that girl is hostile. I remember when I buy the shorts two days ago, she is hostile and did not ask my membership so that I can not accumulate my points. Do not ruin the brand by a silly girl.

My Mom and I stopped by American Eagle at Colorado Mills today to pick out some clothes, as it had been a while since I took a shopping trip. Paulina was so so helpful, kind, stylish and encouraging. Even when I tried on a dress I wasn’t sure about, she gave me her honest opinion. She was genuinely interested in the clothes I picked out and extremely knowledgeable about current trends. She made our shopping experience enjoyable and fun. Thanks Paulina for all your help, give that girl a raise!!!

Paulina and Elizabeth are amazing! I placed an online order for a pair of swim bottoms that I have been searching for and when I called them to see if they still had them in stock at their location (it said online that they did) they told me that sometimes the inventory isn’t always up to date online but that I should place the order anyways and they’d look hard for it in their storage. They called me the next day and let me know that they searched for an hour for my order and found the pair!!! So thankful for their awesome customer service!

Clothes are always amazing and fit great. But please please for the love of god American eagle don’t use Ontrac for shipping anymore. I’ve had to many issues with trying to get a hoodie I ordered and trying to get ahold of anyone thru that company is near to impossible. They r the absolute worst delivery service out I’ve ever had to deal with. Please stop using their “service”.

I have been a long-time wearer of American Eagle jeans. I had noticed recently that my older AE jeans inseam had shortened up to 3" over time so after speaking with the manager one day, I decided to bring in some older pairs along with some newer ones that are full (correct) length and see if they could do anything for me. The team was very patient as they were busy and they ended up allowing me to return 5 pairs at the lowest price they had been available in the prior 60 days. I thought it was a very fair resolution, and Elisabeth was very patient in measuring each pair and processing the return. I will continue to purchase their product because they stand behind their warranty that their jeans are pre-washed and pre-shrunk.

I wish I had read the reviews before I drove over here to find out the store is closed. The phone number hangs up on you after answering as well, so you won’t have any luck calling to find out if they are open.

Store is still closed till January. Website said it was open. Very disappointing, drove there to find website was wrong.
