Went to the Westfield store and spent two hours. Found three suits, four shirts,and three pair of slacks all from the clearance rack. Keith, Nick and Ono were all helpful in finding what we needed from a sizing standpoint. They also ordered shirts for us and Santana did the tailoring. It was way more than we expected to spend but he needed it all for a new job. Thanks guys.

Went to the Westfield store a month before my wedding in August. I was made to feel that it was near impossible to fit me with a suit. Finally they did but said it would need to be altered. When I came back to pick it up I was first told it was back from the tailor but when I tried it on,nothing had been done. They had lied about it but tried to charge for it!! Needless to say I demanded a full refund. Didn't quite get all of that either. Terrible place I should give it zero stars

Went to look for a dress shirt for an upcoming event. There were 4 employees working at the time and not a one greeted me or offered any help. I walked out in frustration. I had shopped many times at the Jos A Banks store in the Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ prior to its closing. In my opinion they closed the wrong store. One star is being generous. It would have been a 0 rating if available.

I came to pick out a tuxedo for my friend and I was helped out promptly with great advice. Definitely recommend them!! Adam helped me out a lot.

Service is horrible. People are standing around on their phones and became upset when I asked for help. Selections are few to none. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Really disappointed with our visit here. We had a reservation and no one was ahead of us but we waited 15 minutes to start the appointment. The selection was very limited - about 10 main suit styles in various sizes. They are all similar in color and style. No light blue suits, lined lapels, or any suits with cufflink holes. The person who helped us kept leaving to do other tasks, did not help with sizing and kept insisting on sizes we said were too large. They have a small selection of dress socks and many are patterned with shark fins or random scenery. They don't match anything. Zero light brown, tan or blue socks.

I'm giving them 3 stars for their service, not their clothes. I got my first department store credit card at the age of 15 when I got my first job. In 40 years I have never had a clerk wad up the clothes I purchased and put them in a bag. Not to mention that when I asked about an item the girl responded, "if it's not there, we don't have it. "

Had to ask young saleswoman on her phone if she could help me. She didn't suggest options, I did. She told me I'm ordering too late. Not offering suggestions at all. Wouldn't sell me the display jacket. Incredible how unhelpful she was.

We initially went to the Sea Girt location and was not impressed. The manager never looked up from her phone and the employee just pointed to the wall and couldn’t be bothered. We wanted to order 9 custom suits so you’d think they would have been a little more enthusiastic... We travelled from Toms River up to West Field because my husband had gotten a suit there for another wedding. TERRANCE WAS WONDERFUL. He was easy to communicate with, gave suggestions, and everything came out perfectly. My husband will use this location again in the future.
