Been using them for 6 months thinking things would get better. WRONG!! Complete disorganization and the pharmacy assistants act as though patients are an inconvenience. I can drive 8 miles away and get my meds faster and with less hassle than at Vogel St. Shoot, I’ve had my meds transferred to a Walgreens in Cary. This is BY FAR the worst Walgreens Ive ever visited.

Warning!!!!! Warning!!!! Warning!!!!!! Don’t go to this place ever worst pharmacy ever. First they will let you know that your order is ready and then once you reach there they have no clue what you are talking about😩😩😩. They don’t care if you have to suffer entire weekend with pain😠😠😠😠

Went in on 9/10/22 to get my flu and Covid shots and I absolutely loved the tech that saw me! Her name is Amber, and she was so nice! I could tell her and the other tech were having a tough day, but she still worked diligently and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Remember to print off your vax paperwork BEFORE you go in for your appointment (if you have access to a printer, of course)!

This pharmacy was incredibly busy but Paula was super nice and helpful. She was working very hard to make sure every customer was helped quickly! She gets 5 stars!!!! However, this Walgreens needs more staff in the pharmacy desperately.

The guy doing passport photos was awesom the store is filthy. Inside and out. Cigarette butts all over front entrance ground. So much dust all over the inside floors and counters. It's gross

Pretty much same complaint as others for vaccinations. Showed up for booster, waited for 1 hour and just had to leave because they showed no sign of attending to me. They seemed inadequately trained to provide vaccinations. I recommend going elsewhere.

Starting getting my prescription sent here when I moved across the street. Big mistake, this is the worst run pharmacy I have ever encountered. Prepare to wait in line for 30 minutes, prepare to have their automated phone service tell you your prescription is ready, only to drive there and it’s not. Every time I go to pick it up there’s always an issue. The front desk workers are nice, but new management is desperately needed. Will definitely have my doctor start sending my script somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible! I would give 0 stars if I could! I waited here for 3 hours for a prescription to be filled. The line was ridiculous within itself! I was continuously told that my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. I attempted to call while waiting in line to ensure my prescriptions would be ready (for the third time) and they would not pick up! I asked to speak to a manager and an associate advised that I come inside. Upon doing so, NO manager was present!! I will not be returning!

If there was a zero rating I would given them that. The pharmacy staff are rude, condescending and inefficient. They need NEW management ASAP!!! CVS will be getting our prescriptions moving forward.

My advice is do not use this pharmacy, at this point I’m just trying to get in contact with someone so I can move my prescription elsewhere. The pharmacy at this Walgreens is terrible. I have been told several times a prescription would be ready in an hour or 2 and it wasn’t actually ready until the next day. For time sensitive medications this is a problem. When you try to call you will get placed on hold for 20+ minutes with a recording saying “there are more than 3 callers ahead of you”, they may eventually answer your call or they may pick up your call from the queue, not say anything and place you back on a secondary hold to be forgotten about. I’m not sure what is happening at this pharmacy, maybe short staffed? But this has been going on for months and it’s time they get it figured out for everyone’s sake.
