The staff working were super helpful. My friend was looking for very specific foods for her kitty with special dietary needs. The gentleman went through the whole cat food section with her to find what she needed. I don't personally have a pet but I decided to pick up a toy for my parents'dog, in part because of the excellent service.07.2022

We figured we'd check this place out to see if they carried Primal. They do not! Most of the dog food they carry is junk. We were able to find a few decent Acana dehydrated treats that don't have fillers in them and one bag of The Honest Kitchen beef only food. No staff was to be found to even ask if they carried what we were looking for. I went to use the restroom before we checked out and found that it was completely out of toilet paper and seat covers. We finally did find someone to check us out, but that experience was horrible. For some reason he put some other dog food on the counter next to him and then rang that up with my stuff, even though he asked me to put our stuff on the other side of his register. He proceeded to mumble questions at me that I asked him to repeat multiple times. Then when he went to hand me my receipt he proceeded to hand me the other dog food that I never gave him in the first place. So then he had to do a return and needed me to take my wallet out again so he could see my license, when I never even initiated that purchase in the first place. Overall, I left extremely annoyed and have no plans to visit a Petco store again. Great first impression guys! *I just got home and saw that the cashier refunded me a completely different (less) amount than what he charged me for originally. Which I had no way of knowing because he never gave me the original receipt until after he did the refund for the product he should've never rang up for me in the first place. I just called the store and was told that I would have to come back in to get the rest of my money back. I told them that I don't live anywhere near them and just happened to be in that area earlier today and would not be able to come back on. Nor should I have to waste my time and expensive gas to go back up there because of 2 mistakes on their end. I was then told that they can't do any sort of refunds over the phone so I have 30 days to go back to a Petco to get the rest of my money back. I am so livid right now that if there was ever a doubt about me even trying a Petco again, it has been completely quelled.06.2022

scheduled training classes for my dog awhile back only to be notified about an hour before his 6 week class session, that nobody was there to work at the location and there’s nothing that they could do. was told I would be contacted and I still haven’t been contacted. it’s understandable that everyone is having staffing issues but if this is the case TAKE THE BOOKINGS DOWN. i want my money back .03.2022
From good to BAD....I took my dog here once to be cut and loved it. His groom was nice, the staff was friendly and overall had a great experience. HOWEVER, upon trying to book his next groom several months later, I am now on my THIRD cancelation with them. Yes, that is correct. They have canceled my dogs appointment three times in a row. The first time we did not receive ANY notice that his appointment was canceled until we drove 20 minutes across town and were standing at their desk to drop off my dog. I am sure one can imagine how we were feeling that day. They “respectfully request” a 24hr cancelation notice from their customers for their sake, but do not feel the need to give that back to their customers I guess????? Each time I called and I had to re call them several times just to even get someone on the phone, and each time they stated the groomer they scheduled me with was unavailable and they ALSO had overbooked themselves EACH TIME and were unable to fit my dog in. You can see how this would be extremely frustrating as my dog has needed his haircut since his first initial appointment was to be over a month ago. I tried to be understanding and just reschedule to be loyal to this location as we had such a good first experience but this is not good business.02.2022
Great service 💖! Friendly staff/ extremely helpful! Great prices!! Clean atmosphere. My pet Bella loves the tasty 😋 treats especially the dog treat cookies 🍪! All of the outfits is super cute 😍excellent products.. the cranberry relief healthy urinary tract pet treats was absolutely helpful! Also the Adams carpet powder was a great 👍🏽 product! Nice store. Well kept store for products and wide selection. They also have different amenities for pets like showers, medical, etc. generally speaking I wish petco would take care better care of the reptiles.07.2020
