Evan has been amazing to work with. During the pandemic, with so much out of his control, he kept me in the loop to know where my orders stood. He called to tell me my order was in, and everything he had to do to get my financing to work again, before he called me. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable and he’s great at listening to what we like instead of just trying to sell what will benefit him the most. I had a wonderful experience and help picking out my furniture for my new house. The salesman was so nice and has worked for the company for years! They were having a holiday sale and the store was very busy but he made time to speak to everyone and ensure all questions were answered. He was very efficient with checkout and helped explain the process and their warranty package for furniture very well that if feel confident if there was an issue that needed to be taken care of he would help me. Will absolutely be back for more items needed for my home!
