We purchased like 500 worth of things and the manager jeovana I think was her name was being rude to her employees and complain because my daughter was making noise she keep trying to be funny talking smack at the check out with the person that was checking us out as a leader that was not exactable behavior the only person that was respectful was Ethan he was very nice

This used to be one of my favorite places to shop, but after today never again will I spend my money with store. Went in today and they were a little busy which was never a problem I can deal with that, but what I can't do is the bad attitude. I asked a female employee if she could measure my grand son's foot and she rudely replied to me No! We don't do that due to the pandemic. Which I understand and had no problem with it's the way she said like I was getting on her nerves and she didn't want to be there. Walked away as I was asking her about a shoe. I left and went to a better store with better customer service. She is the one who lucked out of a $900 sale.

I've always had great expeiences here until this visit. I have bought a new pair of basketball shoes each year for several years from this location. Some years I have bought more than one pair (I have 2 active boys) This time I saw a young associate standing by the door that goes to the backroom where the shoes are kept (he was only fidgeting with something in his hand.) I asked him if he had any other colors than what are on display. He said they only have the displayed in stock (not a problem they've ordered the other colors for me before.) So I asked if he could bring a size 12 for my son to try on. He goes to the back and returns a while later (by this time we are looking at some clothing that was nearby.) He yells over to us, "we don't have these in a size 12." Then he puts the shoe back on the display and walks over to talk to other customers, that he seemed to know personally, and to ignore us. I'm not sure why he didn't want to help us anymore. But we decided to go home and spend the $125 online since they will arrive in time for the next practice.

So sorry to write this, but I just cant get this whole scene out of my head. The people working there are so rude and impatient. I went there about a week ago and we asked one of the guys if we could get a certain size and he look and acted as we were a burden to his. I thought he was at work and his job was to assist the client/s (us). Then when we tried to buy some shoes it had like a glue stain/mark. We asked if we could get a discount the cashier took his time and just say I can only do 10%, which is fine, but just be a bit more um more kind about the whole situation.

I always go to this location because they are usually helpful.This time was different. I came in to look for a new pair of shoes and found one i liked. I went to get help from a young man and asked him to find my size in the pair i wanted. I waited.He never came back and I saw him helping another customer instead.He didn't bother to go back to the stock room to look for the pair of shoes i wanted.At the very least, he could have told me that he had to help another customer or there wasn't any of those shoes in stock. I will not spend a penny at this location. Management needs to rehire or retrain employees on how to give exceptional customer service.

GREAT service and outstanding working staff! They're very reliable on finding shoes for their guest and even if they do not have the shoe you are intended to buy they will have a the greatest substitute. I always recommend coming out to this Finish line. It's the best on in it's jurisdiction! Proud supporter and worker for this company! When and doubt and you need help here look for me and I'll be accustom to your needs!
