I was never greeted. Everyone that worked in the store just looked at me and watched me walk around the store. There is never really anything for plus size women there.

The manager at this location on 1/22/2022 at 11AM was horrific. She was managing the registers, taking her sweet time chatting up the customers while a huge line was forming. She was apologizing to folks for it "not being her best bagging". Are you for real? When it was my turn, I asked herif they do a price match from the website. She rudely told me it was online only. When I tried to ask where it indicates that on the website, she just continued to ring up my purchase. I told her no thank you since the in store promotion was more expensive, and she was like "next." No other explanation. Now all of a sudden, she was in a rush to get through the 6 other customers in line. I waited in that BS line for 20 minutes just for the manager to cop an attitude with me. She didn't greet me like she did the others before me "thank you for waiting!" I walked around to the other side of the store and spoke with another associate who was super nice. She explained to me that the Gurnee location was weird with how they handled online price matching. She was understanding, polite and apologized for the inconvenience. She said the manager was the alrea6ay the registers so I was like thanks for your help. The manager on the other hand, was absolutely useless to me. Shop online or go somewhere else. This place is garbage!

Ran inside today to get a gift and I never seen more rude workers No hello no thank you no do you need help nothing and plus to too it off I asked one lady for the deals on perfumes and she says first I don’t know and then she goes and says oh we have none and then I see yeah they did have bundle deals she just didn’t wanna walk back to the store to show me and their cashiers are so not friendly makes u not wanna go back. I left and and went and go my gift at another store

I worked for the company for 4 1/2 yrs, and throughout that time I'd previously had poor experiences with this particular location; however, I don't know if it's new staff or management, my daughter & I really enjoyed our visit. The associate at the entrance was polite & offered assistance prior to us being able to enter, and then two other ladies checked on us as we shopped. It was different being a "customer" but I appreciate the energy given & felt from the ladies we interacted with....

🤠🤗🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Well, one of my favorite stores. I love the way my wife looks and smells with this stores product. The store is well laid out, and extremely busy. A lot of reasonably priced sales going on at the moment. JLo was a very big help to me in this store. I would suggest that if you need assistance, contact JLo she's a Dynamo, LOL. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
