Racist people. When my family and I arrived (Hispanics), we were told to put on mask even though they have a sign that says masks are optional. When a Caucasian family came in, they weren’t told to wear masks.

I walked into the store almost in tears, in an attempted to turn on the “voice over” I somehow locked my phone. Vicki felt my fear, put me at ease, and most importantly she was able to fix it. Thank you Vicki!

The store was open on the bitter cold day I had a chance to stop. 2 people working. Not crowded early morning, the best time to stop. The gentleman employee helped me with settings on my phone, and I didn't need a battery as I was told by the AT&T employee at the Round Lake AT&T store.

Sales rep, Greg, and Store Manager, Ken, were EXTREMELY rude. Greg had no idea what was going on and didn't seem knowledgeable. We were processing a trade in and had questions on what the final total would be and requested a final total before submitting the transaction and he said he could not show us. He then told us we are better off buying it online and canceled our transaction. The manager came to talk to us too but was annoyed because of our gap in understanding and also gave up. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointed in how they treated us. This store seems to lack in customer service

Talk about superb service! Manny greeted me at the door, asked what I was looking for and was extremely patient with me cause I’m not familiar with the newer models of IPhones, I just new I qualified for an update. Store was well stocked and everyone was nice and greeted when I entered.

So I have to say. I was so surprised pleasantly with the service that I received at this location. Granted I have been buying phones since the 90’s and never have I ever gotten the amazing service that I received by M. Torress. This person listen to exactly what I wanted and needed I bought a phone for me and my husband and it was flawless. I felt appreciated as a customer and taken cared of… Thank M .T!! You made my Mother’s Day weekend Amazing!

2pm appointment, checked-in 10 mins early, at 2pm I was told my appointment was just to hold my place in line, not sure what this means, let's name this process something other than an appointment if I'm not going to be seen at my appointment time. So now ill wait to see what AT&T reference is when it pertains to time and appointments. Of course the reason for my visit is due to poor customer service over the phone, so I really have few options at this point. This store does seem to be busy but that could be due lack of knowledge or willingness of staff to actually help customers. 215pm, being seen finally, however I now have to wait an additional rep to get off break to address issues dating back to when I sigfned up for service 8 months ago. Thank goodness the rep still works here otherwise nothing would get done today. This maybe the only rep in the store who has a clue and is eager to help, needless to say this appointment is going to take an hour which is much longer than needed to address these issues. I recommend you clear your schedule if your coming into this store.
