Bads customer services and beings rules i was very disappointed..I was thread callings polices. ..that fat choppy Racial lady with the glass she need a different jobs..never had a bads services before my entire whole life....a customer when to a phones company tryings to get the phones fix..and I was thread to call a polices.she look mad all the times maybe she don't even like her self..is times for a news Carriers..Verizon are the best right now they're cheaper and betters signal and goods customers services..not like this stupid AT&T

Brooke and her reps were extremely helpful! I had a very rough time with customer service and wanted to switch carriers. Brooke and her reps convinced me to stay after going over my bill and helping me save money and helping me better understand what I'm paying for! Thanks again Brooke! I highly recommend this store and will be coming back!

The girls were very nice to me while I was trying to understand my new phone. Showed me a few new things and said I could come back for help anytime. I will be taking advantage of that offer pretty frequently I'm sure.

Brooke was very friendly and quick to get my phone reset and tell me about the latest promos. I didn't have time that day to take advantage of the sale but I'll definitely be back in the future.

This was the best experience I’ve had coming to an AT&T store. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions about my new phone plan. Brooke was especially helpful. Will definitely come back to this location!

Went in for a SIM card for my son’s phone and they gave me one for my dad’s phone instead, rendering his device unusable for no reason. I even made the gentleman aware of the issue before he completed the process as my dad, who lives in a remote area in Washington state, received a text message saying his device was about to become inactive. The employee still finished the process then offered absolutely no solution. Refused to contact customer service or the store in my dad’s town to help resolve the issue. Tragically bad customer service.

Came in yesterday to activate my phone. Brooke was quick and helped me move all my stuff over. Very easy experience and she was great to work with. Will be back to find Christmas gifts before the holiday!
