The owner was incredibly rude and very condescending. When we asked questions she would go on tangents that made no sense and would get annoyed that we didn’t understand what she was talking about. Not sure why she thinks being rude to customers is good for business.

The lady taking my order for flowers for a funeral was not a pleasant person. It was like you were bothering her. Every question she would ask,I would answer. Her tone made me feel like I was suppose to know all the answers right off the top of my head. And when I had to think about the question that had she asked, she sounded like she was very bothered. Wont be shopping here again.

I just called to order flowers for my teenage grandson who had knee surgery. I canno thank this store enough to find just the right thing and decorate it with Morris HS colors and get it to him today and I didn’t call until 3! They went out of thei way to be so accomadating trying to find a “masculine” plant! You have my business whenever I have floral needs in Morris!

The owner was RUDE!!!! I went in looking for pink tipped roses. She never went back to look. I stood around waiting. I went over to where the babies breath was in the containers. Took some out of the water and was scolded and accused of taking them out of a wrapped bunch. I explained that I didn't. They were loose in the water. Then She scolded me for taking them out of the water!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I have been going to this shop for my floral needs for my entire life. A long time ago, Donna sold me a corsage for my prom date, and 20 years later, helped us pick out wedding flowers together. The staff is helpful, courteous, kind and patient, eager to help and offer competitive pricing. Ask them how to help make your floral vision come true - they will always please. I asked for a simple picture of the arrangement I ordered for My Aunts be text to my phone as I live out of state. The gal on the phone said we will try to get that to You. When the pic wasn’t provided prior to delivery, I called only to be Rudely and loudly Over talked by Donna the Owner about this situation. So loud in fact, My Husband could hear the entire conversation even without speaker phone. She judged what I might say, and assumed much that I did not. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. I don’t think she took a breath to pause. She made absolutely no attempt to please Me as a customer of 41 years. Instead Donna kept repeating the same premeditated speech She obviously has given many times to other patrons. I think there is a Seinfeld Show about People like this. Something about “No Soup for You” I don’t think I can remember any store owner being quite so Uncaring, or condescending. Especially a Business that is intended to make Flower arrangements based on L-O-V-E It’s apparent that Donna has lost the Compassion needed to be a community Florist for People in very often times Great sorrow. Pardon Me, but sending Flowers and receiving them IS intended by the Heart with “Love” No room for meanness. She actually replied the technology didn’t work because She was in a 3 story building... Why didn’t she walk outside to send a pic via text?? It’s 2019. Not a big deal for anyone to send a text. Donna, on a personal level, Sending the Flowers was My only connection to My Family. This was the absolute last thing I could do for My Aunt, and Her Sons and their Children being I live so far away. Guaranteed I’m letting everyone know how I was treated so unprofessionally and indecently. I’m supposed to take Her word for it that the Flowers I paid for were Beautiful. Without a image. Even tho the charge for the arrangement was well over $20.00 more than the online description of it. I have a clean clear conscious. The only words I got out my mouth over Your endless chatter in a long one sided conversation was “Ma’am Please. Ma’am Please” at last my only sentence to You after the derailment of a nonstop sermon repeated by You was... “You are no longer My Florist” click. Because I could not take your lectures anymore. I have received several PM’s about Your Terrible behavior to others as well. Social media is instant. I asked in a Post for others to Pray for customers not to be hurt by You the way I was. I send absolutely no Hate. But Love of warning for other would be Customers & Prayer over their protection. Good Day and May God Bless Your future endeavors with Compassion, Caring and Love.

Absolutely horrible. My husband is in the military, stationed in GA and he wanted to send me flowers for our anniversary. The business called me to notify me that I would be getting a floral delivery and I needed to set up a good time for them to drop it off. Not only did they totally ruin the element of surprise but they were unable to drop it off when I told them I would be home and said I wouldn't be able to get my delivery until a day or two later. I told him to call and cancel the order. I hope he never orders from them again. What is the point of trying to surprise someone with flowers if they are just going to ruin it?!
