The previous owners were fantastic. I actually looked forward to going there. Now I literally have a pile of returns in my closet because I hate going there so much. The new people that work that are rude, they never smile, they definitely make you feel like a huge inconvenience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner is extremely rude and inefficient in his methods. I went to pick up a package for work (I work from home) and he only gave me one of the three packages I was supposed to receive. I called once I realized I only received one package and he insisted that they didn’t have the others. However, the tracking numbers showed they were ready for pickup at the store. I called once again and he actually refused to help me saying in so many words that he was the owner and what he says goes. I’ve never received worse customer service in my life.

He opens door late then we have to wait for him to unlock fence around counter Then wait for him to log onto computer Wants to carry on conversations with everyone Use to open at 8:00 now you wait and wait and wait with this guy I made a remark in regard to late open and he wanted to argue He talks likes he got a mouth full of mush Wish I had somewhere else to go

Horrible service. Slow and rude clerks. I miss the previous owner, kind, thoughtful, helpful guy. 2 back to back visits left me feeling like why do I even bother coming here?! 1 star is generous on my part. 0 stars!

I had a 1pm appointment for a Notary...I arrived at 12:57pm and there was a line to the door, but that only took 5 minutes or so. When called up to the counter I was asked to fill out a Post-It and have a seat at the table. The person who was supposed to help me was on the phone and said it would be a few minutes. Fast forward to 1:45 and he finally get's off the phone, and calls me over. He says he has to get some documents for me and goes to the backroom. I wait ANOTHER 5 minutes (mind you it's about 1:50pm now) and finally asked the other employee what's the point of making a 1pm appointment if it takes almost an hour to be helped. She looked at me, said NOTHING and walked in the back...I could hear mumbling. I waited 2 more minutes in an empty storefront then took my things and left. I should've read the previous reviews 1st before going...I would've understood that this store is a complete train wreck. My only fault is not speaking up sooner...not that anything would've gotten done but I was trying to be patient. BE WARNED...

To the man working the UPS store on rt 6 in Morris. Get out of customer service! Telling me this “isn’t Walmart” bc I did not place something on the shelf back perfectly or telling me by paying with $20 bill “I am making it complicated” is uncalled for.

Unfortunately giving this location one star is a stretch at this point. The previous owners were kind, efficient, and always able to accommodate my needs. The new owner has somehow managed to really screw up a very well run operation. They have refused to offer basic services like having ground shipping envelopes available. On my most recent visit, I called ahead regarding some items I needed printed. When I arrived, I waited in line for close to 30 minutes only to learn that color printing (the service I had called about) was not available. I'll be driving out of town from now on.

The previous owner was great. So nice, so friendly, so efficient. The new employee in the store is extremely rude. I arrived at 10:00 one day and people were lining up behind me. One woman in line had a little baby. The minutes ticked by. The guy working there saw us but refused to open the door. It was incredibly cold out and we all stayed in line thinking he was going to open the door any minute, since the sign says they open at 10:00. He finally did, after 10:10. I asked him why he didn’t open the door and let us in & he said he had to put out his displays. I told him that he could have let us inside out of the cold to wait for him to complete the displays. He just glared at me. No apology for not letting us in, no apology for not opening until after 10:10. I’m going to go to the other shipping place in town . This store has changed for the worst. And they sure don’t appreciate our business. Time for all to stop going there.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The old owner was amazing. The new employee (a young lady) was extremely rude. I had an issue with an Amazon return and she was rude, condescending and very unhelpful. This store is not going to last if the new owner doesn't get good customer service people in there. I'll go to the Shorewood store from now on. I visited Morris on 4/16/22 @ approximately 3:00.
