This is one of those locations where the workers give you the evil eye and start sighing because you happen to show up with a package right when they were conversing with their coworker. Lots of sighing and rudeness for no reason other than that people seem to resent having to work for a living. I try to treat people well even when it’s not my job to. Sooo disappointing to be disrespected by someone who is actually being paid—with our dollars—to help us!

Honestly, some of the rudest people I've ever met. Whether it be in person or over the phone. They have no desire to help you. It's like I'm intruding on their time. They roll their eyes. They deep sigh when speaking with you. Sorry to have infringed on your day.

I feel like a lot of FedExes are a hot mess, but this one is excellent. Their staff is helpful, it doesn’t take multiple tries to get print jobs right and they’re helpful with dropping off packages.

I stopped into this FedEx location for a passport photo and to ship documents. They were so friendly and helpful. The gentlemen that helped me (I think his name was Alberto) even let me retake my passport photo to ensure there would be no issues with the passport agency. This will be my new go-to location for FedEx services!

Came in the other day to have a scan and fax done and as soon as I walked into the store Carletta greeted me and immediately asked what I needed. I told her and she instantly showed me step by step how to scan and fax. I was so grateful that she was there to help.

Depending on who you get determines the service you will get. Ended up doing the same thing I could have done at home cause the employee clearly didn't like her job. Moved up to 2 stars because I stopped Marissa for help and she has great service! Still wish someone else would have stepped in instead of me having to stop someone for help.

Came in on a Sunday. There was a decent line and Kristina was working by herself. She handled it with the utmost professionalism, greeting each person when they came in. She was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She was able to do all of this while managing a difficult customer. Way to go Kristina!

Always I'm using fedex. Usually for printing. Easy and cheap. If you need to print or copy something just go fedex✔ employees are nice and they were pretty helpful. Parking free and easy.
