Horrible experience with customer service. I prepaid an envelope for the consulate knowing there was a chance I wasn’t going to need it, the employee told me that it’s refundable so don’t worry so I was OK Choosing the most expensive overnight shipping in case I did need it. When I went back the next day another worker told me it wasn’t refundable. Really unacceptable. $120 for a service that I never used.

Website and the display board at the store said that they’ve the Passport photographing services are available but I was told they don’t do it. Please update the services available at the store.

All my brief interactions with the manager and the staff here have been extremely pleasant 😀 This store is immaculate, extremely cleanly and organized. Today I came here to ship 🚢 a fragile package back to Atlanta, Georgia and Kameron was kind enough to secure the shipping label 🏷 with extra clear shipping tape and inspect my box carefully before accepting it. Ricardo Tapia is the manager here and he's always pleasant and extremely helpful if you ever have shipping questions and information. They also seem to answer their phones quickly too! Highly recommend if you need to ship or receive your packages securely.
