Have been here a handful of times as it's closer than FedEx Print but after this last time I will be going back to FedEx Print. My orders have never been ready as promised and this last time it was deleted and it seems they were not knowledgeable on their systems to know how to recover it. I was there about an hour and 15 minutes, missed an appt, I was beyond upset. The final prints were still wrong but at that point it didn't matter.

Terrible customer service. Employees don’t want to be “questioned.” Why do you work at a store then??? They refused to serve me after giving me incorrect information on the phone. They called 911 (not sure why, of course nobody came). And then all three employees refused to give me their names. They should all be fired. All of this started at 5:32 pm, ended at 6 pm on 7/13/2022.

Everytime I come in here he Manager has been attentive, polite, and helpful. He has chatted with me pleasantly and provided above and beyond care like I was a valued customer. GREAT branding! Keep it up!

I literally never EVER do a bad review over 1 person but wow….. Frank should be fired for his attitude. I left feeling way too uncomfortable and I’m most definitely not going to use this location anymore.

Waited 20 minutes for the store to open at its scheduled time of 8AM on a Monday morning, trying to deliver a return package to Amazon before work. They cant even open on time! Me and at least 5 other customers were waiting and finally gave up. May reconsider doing business with a company whose employees cant open up on time.

This store is great!! From the customer service to having my packages on time! Every time I come into this place, I leave with a smile on my face. I will for sure doing business here again. Just outstanding!

"Most of review in this store having issue with Tape" this is same story as mind. Please stay away from this store. Everything so expensive and customer service really bad. We to drop the shipping box return from Amazon and label from amazon state that UPS store will tape and label for us just to drop at store. But somehow this store refuse to take it and keep as me to tape the box or buy there for small cost about $5 really. so i decide to go difference store i got no problem at all the lady at other ups store so nice and even for us free without no problem. i am not sure what there issues but people please stay away from this store bad customer service.

I first went to the UPS store in Addison because I was working in Addison that day. They refused to even touch my package unless it was taped up properly. Without a word, I grabbed my package and walked out the door. The elderly gentleman behind the counter offered to sell me a roll of tape. I just kept walking. A few days later, I was in the Lombard area so I decided to stop in the Roosevelt Road location. I came prepared with a roll of tape but no scissors. When I asked if I could please borrow something to cut the tape with, the clerk looked at me like I had three heads and said, “that’s what we are here for! You don’t have to tape anything!” Yes, I thought that’s how customer service was supposed to be. Thanks Lombard!

I was very fortunate to have selected the UPS store in Addison. Megan and Gene helped tremendously in designing some important picture posters. Their input, creativity and experience was was invaluable. They made suggestions I would've never thought of, and it drastically improved the results of my project. After submitting my order , Megan emailed back and forth with me to clarify details, ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. The level of personal customer service was impeccable. I'd been in UPS stores previously but never realized the extent of services they offer, especially at this Addison branch. Found all sorts of useful last minute products available like paper supplies, really cute greeting cards, and many, many photo & gift ideas. You can even rent a PO box there , and access your mail at convenient times. Most impressive, however, was the high level of personalized customer service and willingness of staff to assist me in my project. HIGHLY recommend this Addison UPS store. Easily accessible off 290's Lake Street exit. And conveniently, there are many nearby stores I also frequent, so it makes for an easy run in knocking out a bunch of shopping errands without much chasing around.
