The Belleville UPS crew might be one of the worst ones in the nation. Yesterday, they lied and said that they tried to deliver to my package but nobody ever knocked or rang the doorbell. Didn't find out that they had been there until I went back to do an update on my tracking number and it was updated with new info. Called Customer Service line and was told that they would hold it at the Belleville location. Was assured that the local office would call me to tell me when it was back there and off the truck. They literally lied in the notes and said they tried calling me twice when they didn't. Phone was next to me the entire time because my wife and I were going to go out and pick up the package. I literally dread every time that a company says that they are using UPS to send me anything because of this location. Update for 2022: Still one of the worst locations in the nation. I swear their drivers must be "special" because they consistently go to the wrong addresses with packages.

I had an order be attempted to be delivered in Dec 7th, I wasn’t home to sign for it so they couldn’t deliver it. How did my package go missing from 9:30am on Dec 9th? UPS customer service promised my package would be delivered on Monday, Dec 13th. Guess what, no package nor delivery slip!!! People have jobs and don’t have all day to be waiting on packages that magically disappear!!!

I always use this location to ship grandkids gifts all over the country. Always courteous and helpful. It's kind of off the beaten path but it is worth it to use this facility.

Due to the holidays, several packages are being delivered to my home nearly daily. Each time, Russ is my delivery guy. He is so polite and professional. He not only rings the doorbell, he also knocks. And he will wait a few moments to give me time to reach the door. He has done this since the first delivery. He always greets me with a smile and actually hands me my packages. I’ve had drivers put the package down and race themselves to see how quickly they can get to the car before I open the door it seems. So to see such great customer service is a pleasantry that is sometimes overlooked. UPS, I hope you let your workers know when they are doing a great job; you’ve got a gem in Russ!

I missed my delivery and called the 1-800 number on the slip. I was directed to pick up at this location. When I arrived my package was not there. Rocky went above and beyond to make arrangements for the driver to re-deliver to my home. I did not get the delivery man's name but he showed up as promised. He and Rocky went above and beyond to make sure I received my package today. I received excellent customer service from this location and am so grateful for Rocky and the delivery driver. Thank you!

The company lets the driver decides where he wants to deliver. So because he is prejudice and incompetent, I’ve had to constantly pick up large orders postpartum which has caused me a great amount of stress. When I called corporate they said my address was still on the map. But the driver keeps saying I’m missing my deliveries. Also, I’ve been getting my packages for three years at my address all of a sudden the delivery driver got held up in my complex. Find out this happened years ago not even recently and the guy just refuses to deliver to my home. And the managers are too incompetent to replace that driver with someone who knows the area and put him on a route that makes him more comfortable. Easy fix! Driver happy and customers happy right? Wrong! I didn’t know that corporate and regional leaders allow drivers to make their own routes and inconvenience customers. And deny service because the area is predominately a different demographic that of the driver himself. Highly disappointed and morally disgusted! Zero stars

I received a status saying the address on the package was wrong. Not only is it correct, UPS has delivered here numerous times and they say the address in unverifiable. I’ve called UPS 3 times and was told the Belleville hub would contact me and it never happened. If I never have to use UPS to send things to my daughter again, it will be too soon.

UPS is literally 5 minutes from my house, but when I call to try and have them to hold a package I have to go through a 1 800 number and it does no good! It frustrates me that they do not supply a direct number when they leave a slip on your door. People have to work we can't sit at home all day and wait for a package!🤦🏾‍♀️

I made the order on Feb 15 and paid for a 2 day delivery. Today is Feb 20 and UPS still telling me severe weather is keeping the driver from delivery. I'm in the same area as the facility that has my package. It's been sunny for the past few days. I've seen many UPS trucks making deliveries in this area , so the weather can't be that bad. I called on Feb 18th (my birthday) and was told it'll be delivered in the morning (Feb 19th) for sure and I would receive a call. I didn't get either one. So I called back and I asked to be reimbursed for 2 day shipping and was told to call the company, Sole Seriouss. I contacted them just to be told to take it up with UPS. I then, again called UPS and, again, was told to contact Sole Seriouss. I spoke with a lady and she guaranteed delivery by 12. At 10:30 I was told bad weather again. So I called back and spoke with a supervisor, only to be hung up on. Then I called back and was told I have to wait until Monday now. I will never order from any company ever again that use UPS. This experience has made me very angry which is why my birthday (Feb 18th) was ruined. I couldn't enjoy it being upset about my package not coming.
