The store is usually very clean and well stocked. I have only come across one rude employee and I havent seen her for a while so maybe she got fired. The aisles are always clear and I never have a problem finding what I need. As far as Dollar General's go, I would say this one is one of the better options in the area. I've been to a few others around and they are dirty and smelly and have employee's that are very rude and dont really care about you or your shopping experience. So maybe try this one out. ~Keara

Store always messy and their employees as well. Out of toilet paper. Prices not right and always out of things. Sold stale pies two of them there today so what they doing obviously not their job ~Lisa

This store has not been open but few years. Its in very nasty and bad place. It don’t look like the floor ever gets mopped and it has a bad smell. I think it needs a very deep cleaning. I think they need to close for a week and do some major cleaning. I would also train the staff to have better mangers towards the costumers. Like speak to them when you are at the register. I will try again once they clean it up. ~TDH

If you like GHETTO SERVICE!!! This is the store for you. If you appreciate workers with attitudes, pajamas, and bonnets come right on in. IF YOU LOOOOOVE ESTABLISHMENTS THAT CLOSE AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY. ... JUST BECAUSE......WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?... THIS STORE USE TO BE A MEEESSSSS BUT ITS A LOT MORE ORGANIZED HENCE THE 1 STARR......OH AND IF U WANT TO BE ROBBED AT GUN POINT, AT SOME POINT FEEL FREE TO DROP BY.... THE STORE MANAGER EVEN BREAKS FIRE CODES BY LOCKING CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE... WHAT IF ONE OF THE PEOPLE U LOCKED IN ROBS U????? Smh Steer clear of this store if you truly love your life and appreciate good service. Hours posted online and the front door both say they open at 8am. At 8:15am the front door was locked with no employees within eye sight. I called and they answered and said they were not open because they were counting down registers. . Ok that's fine then change your hours to open later or count registers down BEFORE open time. It's a huge inconvenience when customers need items and arrive to find you are closed ~Nyla

You need to so some hiring. Horrible customer service experience. I doubt we will be back. I parked by the garden center so I could load FROM the garden center. It's only 6pm. I was incredibly tempted to leave my 2 very full carts at the register when the cashier said he was closing down. 2 employees walking and messing around in the garden center, 3 in customer service laughing and having a good time. 2 hours in the store and not once did anyone offer help. To top it off having to move 2 carts to the center of the store and then all the way across the lot to where I wanted to load from in the first place is not acceptable. Prices have gone up so much the least you could do is hire a couple more employees. ~David

I have gone to many Metros but I will stick with this one as long as Dominic is there. He was nice, friendly, knowledgeable, funny and all around awesome. Seriously, I've been let down by many a sales person at different metro locations... I've actually left a scolding review about the Lindbergh location in STL and this was a night and day situation. He made sure to let me know about all my upgrade options and sales available to me. I appreciate the transparency and honestly. I will go there as long as he's the sales person!!! ~Chloe

Great service and very friendly too! Only took a few seconds to process my packages and they have four 15 minute parking spaces right outside the door. You can’t go wrong with this location. ~Mike

The Belleville UPS crew might be one of the worst ones in the nation. Yesterday, they lied and said that they tried to deliver to my package but nobody ever knocked or rang the doorbell. Didn't find out that they had been there until I went back to do an update on my tracking number and it was updated with new info. Called Customer Service line and was told that they would hold it at the Belleville location. Was assured that the local office would call me to tell me when it was back there and off the truck. They literally lied in the notes and said they tried calling me twice when they didn't. Phone was next to me the entire time because my wife and I were going to go out and pick up the package. I literally dread every time that a company says that they are using UPS to send me anything because of this location. Update for 2022: Still one of the worst locations in the nation. I swear their drivers must be "special" because they consistently go to the wrong addresses with packages. ~Frank
