Hello my name is Karen I'm very ticked off angry I went to west main in belleville il to pay. My phone bill. No one was there there was a light on in the back no one in front. Upset so now I have to take off work to pay my phone bill I switched location s I thought I would get good service lol what a joke. If you all going to close down. Tell customer s in advance not good guys.

There is a female worker scamming people when they are paying There bill telling people it's extra 20 dollars only reason ik know bc im one of those people the good co workers told me on 29th of September also let me know I'm not only who came in and said this

I have gone to many Metros but I will stick with this one as long as Dominic is there. He was nice, friendly, knowledgeable, funny and all around awesome. Seriously, I've been let down by many a sales person at different metro locations... I've actually left a scolding review about the Lindbergh location in STL and this was a night and day situation. He made sure to let me know about all my upgrade options and sales available to me. I appreciate the transparency and honestly. I will go there as long as he's the sales person!!!

Terrible attitude from the second I walked in the door bc I apparently ruined her loud music session. Had to halfway yell to talk to her. Asked a simple question about why my data was connected but with no internet access. "Who's it with?" And "What'd you do to it?" Were her first questions to me, followed by repeating "I don't know" a lot and then asked "who'd you get to set it up?" And when I said customer service she said "mmmm. Well I don't know. You gonna have to call them." I don't really see the point of have a store with employees that don't know anything about your service. I could have spent 10 minutes saying "I don't know" to myself with much less attitude. Get some educated workers.

My experience at this store was great. The young man that helped my nephew and myself was very efficient. We where in and out of the store with a new phone in no time at all. Best service I have received from MetroPSC in all my dealings with them in other stores. Thank you!

The employee that was there when I got my phone wasn't knowledgeable about how the system worked, tried adding a fifth line when we wanted four. Did not listen when we said who the phone was for and now I have a Sim card that doesn't show my number.
