Great selection of both new and used items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the selection of collection items they carry and definitely recommend the store.

Really nice store not so crowded that you can't get around inside. The staff was very helpful considering I don't buy a lot of games or consoles so she explained it to me barny style.

Says they open at 10:00am, but nobody is here at 11:02am. Cage is up and doors are locked. Somebody sleep in or quit?

I am only giving one star because I had to. My son and I went a few days back to the Pekin store , the blond girl who works there ran after us with a box of masks when I already had one . She wasn't even covering her own face (under the nose) I am not a mask bandit so I never really cared but her attitude towards us because my son did not have one on and she did not even wear hers right ticked me off. She was rude and nasty. The man however when going to the front was kind but she kept interrupting when clearly there was no call for it. we walked out, will never do service there again . EVER!

Absolutely ridiculous. Have children running store. And wonder why its always empty and doesnt do much business. And on top of that THERE IS NO MASK MANDATE. YOU CANNOT FORCE PEOPLE TO DO ANYTHING. Can tell they dont want Christmas shoppers. Will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Ignorant little girl lost the place about 1000$ in games and counsels. If i could give 0 stars thats what i would have given. Dont let these 5 star reviews fool you. They are from employees and friends. Service sucks

Tried to make me and my sons wear a mask or we had to leave.. it's not mandatory and we are vaccinated.. we left won't ve going there again
