The guy working there was very rude to me and took way too long for a reefer wash out. The office smelled like he had been chain smoking in there for 30+ years. Matter of fact, he was smoking a cigarette while doing my paperwork. No idea why this guy is in the Prime Network, other than having a tanker pickup right across the street. ~Jessica

My drive battery died, so I had it towed there and they were fantastic. They fixed it the same day with zero prior notice even though I’m sure they had plenty of other cars to do. Didn’t charge outrageous prices (such a huge relief lol) and the staff are very friendly and professional. Kelly especially was super sweet. I’m very impressed and so grateful to you guys. When you frequent a place it can be hard to rate. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it just plain sucks. Like yesterday our donuts frosting was barely there, they looked melted and the coffee (iced lattes) didn't taste right. But majority of the time it's fine. ~Kimberly

I have been going to a Sally's for 10+ years. The store is always clean and products are all faced. The best part about Sally's is the staff. I talk to a woman whom also had long hair but hers was black. She is very knowledgeable about products. I asked her a few different questions such as which on is the best for what I want to accomplish and what is the difference between these products other then price? She was able to break it down enough that I could comprehend. The woman also as if I need a product that goes with what I am getting. I 💛 the Sally's reward program. I got 5 bucks off the product I went in to buy. It is a sale going on the week of July 12 2022. I can not think of a negative thing to say and yes I do look for something so I can give an honest review. ~Kat
