When you frequent a place it can be hard to rate. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it just plain sucks. Like yesterday our donuts frosting was barely there, they looked melted and the coffee (iced lattes) didn't taste right. But majority of the time it's fine.

Love my Dunkin!! Staff are great...sometimes coffee is not what I ordered but, mistakes are how people learn 😀 so I'm still giving 5 stars.

This new manager has the worst attitude, they walk past you like you’re invisible, and why is $14 worth of drink so hard to fill up??! The manager looked right at it and walked on. Last time this happened same thing and their longest standing employee fixed without a second thought, the manager looked at me like a bug. We the customers are the reason for her job, she needs to get her act together and stop with the games. I was told she and others make espresso drinks wrong on purpose bc it’s an inconvenience, go work at McDonalds then!

Was just at your establishment for some coffee, I ordered a HOT caramel macchiato with two shots of espresso. I didn’t try it until I drove down the road, ITS COLD! What did you do? Mess up and think oh he will never know? Seems as if you made a cold coffee and then put it into your hot cups! Absolutely disappointing that I can not get a good, consistent cup of coffee from this place. Sucks!! Try harder!!

Coffee's okay, didn't ask for liquid sugar which was totally my fault but what's the point of adding granulated sugar to iced drinks in the first place? Also way too much ice, definitely ask for light / no ice.

How hard is it to mix and serve hot chocolate? Twice now I've ordered this for my fiance and twice the result has been a half inch of chocolate sludge at the bottom of a cup of warm water. Seriously-- is the concept of stirring a lost art?

Long drive thru lines @ Pekin DD. I don't really get why it is an issue with them?? That said, I am 1000% willing to wait. Their Coconut Refresher and Coffee drinks are to die for. Plus you can get 🍩 🍩 🍩 😃
