You can hardly find a person who can help you with finding items that you need and explain things. They definitely need more people. Additionally, when you find someone, they are not very helpful. They should definitely do a better job … Till my next visit, I strongly believe that 2 is a very fair score.

Bad customer service especially from the manager Ernesto. Would not honor a 5 year extended warranty on TV because it was 3 inches larger than a 55in TV. He noted I would have to call geek idiots to my home a week later vs just looking at the TV I brought in at the spot or helping return or exchange it. Really does not appreciate customer's time or money. Last time I take my business to Best Buy.

Wow. One day when I calm down I will write more. But tried to be a totaltech member hoping to finally have a go-to for my tech and install needs. 6 months. 4 canceled washing machine orders and 2 refusing deliveries later, and this company is a hot piece of garbage,

I went here for help with two laptops. My Geek Squad technician Gardenia was extremely helpful in assisting me navigate my options. She not only got me the best deal possible, but also made sure my laptop was fixed. I'm very glad I bought the Geek Squad extended warranty. The store itself is very nice. It was clean; selection was great; and employees were helpful. I've picked up a few online orders at this location. They've been efficient and organized each time.

This best buy is amazing . I've been to 3 best buy before hand. And that'was the worst server I've ever received and they were very very lazy. But then I went to this one and it had amazing customer service which is why I like to shout out Gardenia, Ernesto, and Angel who were great and very helpful

Don’t go to Best Buy to get a PC fixed, they will run a single diagnostic test and if they don’t find the problem you’re having, they’ll tell you nothing is wrong and give it back with repairing it. Take it to microcenter instead, they will actually find the problem and fix it.

I bought a TV at Best Buy in Lakeview. I haven't bought anything big in ages, and I will never go again. Worst customer service ever. Learned that the stores don't take direct phone calls. The calls go through a customer service center. Good luck in trying to get a store manager to call you; that will never happen. I even went as far as sent an email to the corporate office, no response. My recommendation is to go anywhere else.

Zeran helped me over in computer section and he was so helpful, patient with me and knowledgeable of all systems I was looking into which made my decision easier. Also, it was after closing and he didn't rush me. LOVED my experience!

This best buy Is great I walked in and wanted to exchange my galaxy watch 4 for a new one because I was having trouble with the first one. They had no issues replacing it. They also gave me a new screen protector. I really appreciate this best buy. I will continue to come back. Not the Elston one though. They suck
