Wimpy's is the best. Small place with BIG taste. I've been coming here for over 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. Definately a must try.

Great place! Have been there several time while in the area. Food is excellent. The owners are extremely welcoming and really funny.

Food was great. A solid egg, potato and toast breakfast. We went there twice and both visits served great food and while the owner was on the sarcastic side of funny...he runs a great place!

Funny owner. Probably won't come back. Very very rushed service . I felt like I had to inhale my meal. Was given the bill 2 seconds after we got our food. Very over priced. Will definitely go to A&W before coming back here, if you want burgers and fries that is reasonably priced.

What kind of lazy “restaurant” closes at 2PM every single day? The only thing keeping this dump alive is their convenient location. It’s definitely not the frozen food or condescending management.

Very rude owner, approached the table with my children and their mother, just stood there overtop of us, I asked him how he was and he said "None of your business". Very strange attitude, I thought maybe he had been in an accident or something and was a patron so I remained quiet and nice. When we were ready to leave he was cashing people out, he said to my child's mother "I bet he gets kicked out of a lot of places", I didn't even want my change, I just hope the waitress was given her tip. Was not shocked to see others had similar experiences. I have a huge concern for the women in this established as the tension was through the roof, and eggshells cracked as we walked through, almost as if he mongers over them the way he did us. Very strange way of acting, unprofessional, uncouth, and lacking of humor, not the Wimpys I remember as a kid, used to go here every weekend with my grandfather. He would be ashamed.

This is NOT the Wimpy's of years ago. Food was good but the (presumed) owner thought he was funny but sarcastic. He was constantly yelling at his staff, being rude, and belittling them. I will never go back, he is disgrace to the downtown Lexington businesses.

REALLY enjoyed Wimpy's!! Great burgers and hot dogs. The clam chowder was delicious as well!! Wimpy will certainly make you laugh!! We'll be back!!!

Fun place for breakfast if you're in the mood for some slack from the owner. He's a hoot!! Quick service and good food.

It is not the Wimpy's I remember as a kid, nor even as of I few years ago. What happened? The people in their are very rude and rushing you. I get if you're busy but dang! Burgers/sliders do not taste the same and they are way over priced. Prices skyrocketed...and this was before all this inflation business. We have tried them a few times now over the last year to see if the food was just a mishap but no it wasn't. If you do go there I highly recommend ordering via take out by calling ahead. That was the best way I got the nicest service there. Just walking in to order was the worst!!! Food is edible that's only reason I gave it a 3star (it's ok).
