Just horrible. Asked for a burger sandwich only plus a cup of ice, only to realise after I pulled away they charged me for a meal. The burger was inedible. Dry and hard as a hockey puck. I threw it out. For almost $10, all I really enjoyed was a small cup of ice. Not my first bad experience with Wendy's. But definitely my last.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Went last night at 11 to order food, all lights were off, wasn’t sure if they were even open. The lady was so rude to us. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her by ordering food an hour before they closed. Said in a snippy tone “that’s going to take 20 minutes to make!” We said we would wait. But we only decided to drive away and not get anything when we see the worker slowly making her way from the back up to the front walking at a snails place and looking grumpy and I said that she looked like the most miserable person I have ever seen. I’ll never go here again. Place seems like it needs a complete overhaul. Don’t you understand that your workers are the first line of defense when it comes to an appearance? And when they talk rude and act and look grumpy that it doesn’t even matter about the food anymore, it’s such a huge turn off! Went to the one in Grand Blanc and was treated a hell of a lot better!

Dont normally write for fast food. Quality of the food really depends on the shift. My visit 3 weeks ago was great. My visit this week....not so much. My burger was burnt, no lemonade and the staff while slightly busy blamed thier issues on the previous shift and it felt like we were an inconvenience.

I would advise going to a different Wendy's. These workers are rude to customers they don't like their fast food job and it shows. They have trouble getting an order correct and get mad at you when you politely let them know what's wrong. She has a horrible attitude cause she was asked to fix it. She was getting irritated cause we asked a few questions about the menu. Another trip we went for breakfast and they stopped serving it early. My sister asked do you stop at 10:20 or 10:30 she replied rudely with 10:20 knowing she was wrong no apology just an attitude. I won't return to this Wendy's.

Don't go here! They took my credit card and did not return it! I asked them twice for it back and they said they didn't have it. Never got it back, no reciept, nothing. They started giving me my food right away, usually they give you your card and reciept right after you pay. Service was bad as well. After every item I ordered, whoever was working the drive through asked if that was all. Had to tell her no I have more to order at least 3 times.

This is a combination Wendy's and Tim Hortons. The dining room needs some upgrading but it is accessible. The service was good (Tim Hortons) but the place didn't really appeal to me. Like I said, this place needs some upgrading . The tidbits were good a d fresh.

Drive thru: Most the time the drive thru ppl are rude and really snippy...they only take one order then make the food then take the next. I waited 10 min at the speaker just to tell them my order. No one greets u then when they do it's very unpleasant. I get they are short staffed but no one wants to work with rude ppl. Some ppl come on the breaks and spend the whole time at the speaker waiting.

Went to get breakfast baconator and butter chicken biscuit. Got to the window and manager tossed me a cold biscuit. Had an attitude when I told her the order was wrong. She put a very hard chicken on biscuit and baconator was cold and sloppy. Service was HORRIBLE everything about it was HORRIBLE. NEVER will go there again. Hope they close down. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING RUDE. They get a big fat 0 all across the board.

Terrible, we go on lunch, we have a coupon .... they say they can't scan the qr code because the company hasn't updated their software.... so the manager says she can use the coupon she has for regular chicken sandwiches ....I'm saying if I were the manager I would have just used the regular chicken sandwich coupon....and gave the premium sandwiches because she could see the coupon on the phone....and they made us pay for frosty because my free frosty card is only good for baby size...... which they also did not tell me. ......we also had to pull forward and wait even though we were at the window with the Manager for over 15 minutes..... then we still had to Pay 18 bucks for 3 sandwiches and 2 frostys.......very dissatisfied and won't be going to Wendy's again

Fries were cold refried fries. They were orange color with crusties allover them. Threw them away. Worker was extremely rude and rushed us. We didnt even finish ordering and she rushed us to the window only to tell us she couldn't make the one thing she let us order. The lemonade had something in it. Like pepper or dirt. Had to dump it out. Overall terrible experience. Quality was garbage. Waste of money. Didnt even give us receipt so we couldn't review them through their actual store.
