I came here tonight. This place is always busy as heck. Cars out to the road and never enough people working. Get closer to the order sign, they had someone cleaning the lobby even tho it hasn’t been used in 2 years for Covid. The door stays locked, why is an employee, a good resource cleaning a lobby that doesn’t get used, instead of helping drive through? Seems like poor management.

I used to eat at this location frequently back in 2017-2018… but it’s just went down hill. I don’t know if COVID changed things. This last time I went in there was trash all over the dining area, the bathroom was appalling, and I seen a mouse/rat scurry through the back while I was placing an order. I walked out immediately. This place shouldn’t even be used as a restroom 🤮

Came through the drive thru earlier with my son. There was middle age (35-40) brown hair woman. I had a bad experience and she was just completely automated. I won’t be returning.

This has nothing to do with my experience with the food, moreso the disgusting acts I witnessed while waiting for my food. The other day I came inside and while waiting for my food I was being kind of nosey and staring into the back by the sink and such. Well while I was looking, I saw a bigger man with a beard who seemed to be 40 or so (probably the owner) touching on the rear of a girl who looked to be 16. Even if she was of age, this is wildly inappropriate and I feel as if it should be looked into. I don’t quite know where else to report this vile behavior so this will have to do.

Terrible service the only good workers are the ones working the mic. Wasted 20 min in drive thru just for them to tell me there out of ice cream n can't serve any which is fine.... even tho it's dairy queen. Placed another order n got pulled to the side for another 15 minutes n come to find out none of the staff told anyone about me they just forgot. When they delivered the food she a girl with purple beads came out n was just dead silent n gave me a dirty look, my food was crushed and napkins just thrown in the bag crumbled up. Not knowing what these people did to my food I just threw it away n called there corporate office. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with fast food.

Careful you pay over$4 for a "large" but served in a kiddy cup size . Just go across the the street to McDonald's and get a larger hit fudge Sunday for 1/2 the cost. Ridiculous!

I was in town visiting family a couple of weekends ago. It was hot, and we decided that we wanted to get Ice cream. So my cousin and my big sister piled in the car and headed up. We ended up getting ice cream for six people and a pup cup. I personally went with the oreo blizzard. So delicious. You could only get drive-thru you could not come in. the line was a little long but moved quickly. I know businesses are struggling right now to hire people. And are running short-staffed. Ice cream was delicious like always. I have always had a consistent experience with the quality of ice cream regardless of what DQ I visit.
