I came here tonight. This place is always busy as heck. Cars out to the road and never enough people working. Get closer to the order sign, they had someone cleaning the lobby even tho it hasn’t been used in 2 years for Covid. The door stays locked, why is an employee, a good resource cleaning a lobby that doesn’t get used, instead of helping drive through? Seems like poor management. ~AJT

Always courteous people inside and outside their work. Dave is an amazing manager and has always remembered me! I appreciate a smile when I go to this location. That place stinks almost every day and I mean its bad it hits you like a wall and burns your nose till you leave. It's either their mopping or they have a freon leak or something. They really need to take care of it. ~Durand

The bank associates at Chase Bank 🏦 💰 on 1232 South Belsay Road are the nicest and most professional people and they deserve 5 5️⃣ ⭐️s. I wish I knew the lady’s name in the drive through so I could call her out by name and give her the accolades she deserves. The staff at this bank are so nice that I wanted to get a job as a part-time teller so I could be a part of this positive team of professionals. ~Angela

Fries were cold refried fries. They were orange color with crusties allover them. Threw them away. Worker was extremely rude and rushed us. We didnt even finish ordering and she rushed us to the window only to tell us she couldn't make the one thing she let us order. The lemonade had something in it. Like pepper or dirt. Had to dump it out. Overall terrible experience. Quality was garbage. Waste of money. Didnt even give us receipt so we couldn't review them through their actual store. ~alexis

I had the worst cellphone customer service experience I've ever had in my 15 years owning one here. my issue was never resolved by them, I ended up going home and handling it on my own. They said they'd get back to me about something regarding the issue when I went in there to follow up and I still to this day have heard nothing. It's been months. I live super close to this store but if I ever need help in the future I will be driving further to a different location with no complaints. ~K

Overall I have a positive experience but they really need to take care of their can/bottle return center. They get called to address an issue and it takes 20 minutes to address it…today three of the machines were full and no one could change them out??? Lady standing there had been waiting 20 minutes for them to come and empty them. This has been ongoing for sometime. Please look into quicker service times to this service. ~Joseph

Poor quality service all around. I schedule an appointment on my day off to replace tires. When I arrived they said they didn’t have an appointment schedule even though I called ahead and they confirmed. Then I requested to go in late to work the next day and after asking belle tire how long it would take for a tire change and alignment they told me 1.5 hours. The tire change alone took 2.5 hours and since I stayed and I watched them work on the car the whole time I noticed the reason it took so long was because They take frequent breaks and spend 50 percent of their time standing around. Then they had an issue with my member discount and wouldn’t apply it. Not to mention when I asked what one high priced tire offered compared to a lower price tire I was told the more expensive was better than the less expensive. I asked how? What does the tire do better. And all he said was it’s just a better tire. Not to mention when I drove off my tire began rubbing on the wheel well. So now I’m questioning if they even put the right tires on. DO NOT GO HERE!!! ~Jacob

Nothing like the commercials claim. The website is really bad, the employees are not helpful and bunch of requirements that you have to meet before they will consider a windshield replacement. Found another small independent local shop and they came out next day and did a great job. Service: Auto windshield replacement ~John
