Please don't waste your time here. Always seems to be understaffed. The staff has always been friendly but seem to be completely incompetent. ALWAYS ridiculously long waits inside and in the drive thru. Today there was 3 cars in front of me and I waited at the speaker for 12 minutes before being acknowledged. Then about another 15 minutes waiting for my food. Yesterday I experienced almost the same thing but had 2 go into the store 2 times because they couldn't get my 2 biggie bags correct. This place has been a joke for over a year. I will never be going back. Please don't waste your time or give this place your money.

Apparently short staffed so dine in was not available. No signs for that before getting our disabled daughter out and reaching the locked doors. We didn't stay. The driveway is terrible to get out of. It's just past a stoplight, on a curve with shrubbery blocking your view.

Went inside to eat and the restaurant was filthy and disgusting. There was food all over the counters and floors and the service was ridiculous. It looked like the manager was trying to “fix” the pop machine but had no idea what he was doing. There were a few kids working and fooling around while a bunch of people were waiting for food. Plus 2 people came in from the drive thru while we waited to get their orders fixed. Never again! I wish I could upload the pictures I took of the filth.

Was just in drive thru ordered 5meals of chicken nuggets asked for ALL MY FOOD to be dropped fresh at the speaker. Waited 7-10minutes and received all old nuggets only fresh fries! Called and spoke to "Brandon or maybe Brennan" the Manger on shift he says I'll give you knew ones if you come back. Won't be returning

This place has really gone downhill since covid hit. Long wait every time in the drive-thru even though you're the only car there, and the cashier isn't friendly half the time. This time I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, while my frosty melted, for a baked potato that was dry and hard on the ends because it was microwaved for so long and chili that had chunks of hamburger that were so big they hardly fit on the spoon. Really disappointed.

One of the worst experiences at a Wendy's ever! Rude staff, slow service, no salt and unfriendly!!! The young man taking orders seemed new. He was the best of the two people we dealt with. Won't be going back to that branch, ever!!! Two other families also made comments about the poor service. A sign was in the window advertising for 'friendly workers'. This location most certainly needs friendly, efficient workers! As well as a good training program.

Don't ever go to the Wendy's in birch run, it regularly takes over 20 minutes for food. That's slow for a sit down restaurant, dismal for "fast food".

When they run out of diet soda, they try to get away with giving you regular. I can’t have regular, I’m diabetic. Manager was incredibly rude and should’ve told us they were out of diet from the very beginning instead of hiding it.

Waited 20 minutes in line. And food was not the greatest. Potato was hard and dry. Asked for extra butter and sour cream 3 times to not get it in the bag. Should be a 3 star rating but they did get the burger right.
