Just want to give a big thanks to the staff from Friday night 3-24. I drive a semi truck and it was 830pm. Stopped at kfc, subway, Taco Bell and halo burger and all were closed or take out was closed. Thought I’d try McDonald’s because their take out is usually open late, although we got their and it wasn’t, my wife called them and explained we were truck drivers who can’t go through the drive through. They opened the doors and let us order and leave. We were very thankful for the staff ~Matt

This advance auto parts is located in Birch run Michigan, on the corner of Dixie highway and Birch run road. Been coming here for years. The team of employees here are awesome! They are friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a very big selection of parts and if they don't have it they can order from anywhere in the united states and usually get it in 3-7 days. Their parts knowledge is exceptional in everything from vehicles and tractors to motorcycles. They sell everything from basic car parts to engines and transmissions, some tractor parts, they also make hydrologic hoses, and some battery cables. They have a great paint selection and a good amount of body repair products. The team here is great. They always go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Great customer service and always honest . If you need a place to get your oil changed and not get ripped off. This is the place. My mom went her car light went off needed oil change. But she wasnt due for an oil change per her car sticker. They were very honest. She couldn’t believe that they just didn’t do it. That is honesty. Iv always had good honest service there. I ~Lageana

They had my car for 4 days to tell me what I already told them the problem with my car. Tried saying my husband burnt the wires in the Fuze box, which when we towed our car back home there was no burnt wires at all. They didn't even look under the hood, charged me over 400 dollars. Idk if the cashier is just having an off day but she got my prepaid gas and another guys mixed up, luckily I only went a 1$ over she then had me pay the 1$, but then I thought about it after I left the 1$ should of went to the other guy, pretty sure he left with out getting his other 30$ in fuel since he went back out tried to pump and it didn't work and he left behind me. Y'all need to update your pumps at this location they look like there from the 90s ~Mark

Cashiers / workers Cell phones should only be used after work, talking between workers gossip should be done after work, workers that talk while doing transactions are more likely to make mistakes, today that happened to me. It took workers three tries enter my transaction . Your workers Yakety Yak during transactions so I won't be back! ~FishHauler

Please don't waste your time here. Always seems to be understaffed. The staff has always been friendly but seem to be completely incompetent. ALWAYS ridiculously long waits inside and in the drive thru. Today there was 3 cars in front of me and I waited at the speaker for 12 minutes before being acknowledged. Then about another 15 minutes waiting for my food. Yesterday I experienced almost the same thing but had 2 go into the store 2 times because they couldn't get my 2 biggie bags correct. This place has been a joke for over a year. I will never be going back. Please don't waste your time or give this place your money. ~Melanie
