This is a good location. I stopped in yesterday after having serious shipping issues over the holiday. I use several shipping agents and this season lots was lost with fedex and usps. I came in pretty frantic because a high dollar item was Missplaced via fedex. the store employee JOSH went way out of his way to help me and get my package on track. Over the last 15 days of my package being lost no one helped me to the Caliber of this gentleman. Thank you for your help Josh! Our first and last time coming in just to see if they had stamps. It was a shipping facility but anyways we walked in there was a older gentleman standing near the door with his coat and bags and We thought it was a customer since he didnt greet us and practically ignored us the whole time. As we were looking around for someone to help after a few minutes he speaks up as soon as uniformed staff member walks in the door and says “ what do you want because we almost closed” . Ok We just wanted a stamp and that was just extremely rude and maybe he should work the closing shift?07.2020
Unfortunate customer service experience. I went in for notary services. I asked Ms. Sanders a question about the process and requirements. She told me I had to dial back my attitude because she could say no to stamping my documents. We finished my transaction in silence. No thanks for my business.07.2020
Terrible service/staff was not unhelpful. No sense of urgency even as a line was building up. Instead of finding solutions, just kept making it more difficult to send a box. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to UPS. I should’ve just done that to begin with.07.2020
I had a question about shipping out a Direct TV card and both employees were so kind. Their names were Ericka and Nikki. Ericka was patient with me as I tried to figure out the details for shipping out the card. She helped me so much by calling in herself and looking through many booklets of instructions.
