Jed (young man) helped me on 6/17 with a small purchase. In addition setting up a Genius Bar appointment. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and has such a great attitude. A+ for Jed. The store is nice and efficient, they greet you when you come in and immediately connect you with the right staff person.

I've had to go to this location for repairs twice, because apparently my phone is a lemon. The first time they replaced my screen, and the second time they replaced everything else. The first time they wiped all of my data because they incorrectly wrote down that I had an iCloud backup, even though I had explained that I did not, because my phone had basically turned into a brick. The second time, I explained that I had a computer backup: the person at the beginning explained that when I picked up my phone, they would set it up with me to ensure that the cellular plan connected and then I could restore my data at home. When I returned to pick up my phone, I was told that they had no idea how to do that and without a second device with me for the two-factor authentication I would have to do it at home. I guess I'm going back tomorrow morning, because it's still not working.

Very arrogant staff. Taking it's time. I do understand Apple is a "cool" brand but the relationship to a costumer should not be measured by the customers' coolness. We've been there 3 times. Waited the first two for two long and than left. I'd highly recommend talking points and trainings for the staff. Thank you.

I went into this store and was greeted enthusiastically and cordially. I had them answer some questions for me about both iPhone and MacBook Pro. My questions were answered fully and adequately. I was walked through increasing my iCloud storage in order to back my phone up to the cloud. We also looked at how much a new MacBook Pro with my desired specifications would be. That’s why I deducted a star, because the prices seemed astronomical, making it very difficult to upgrade my laptop. I have a 2012 MacBook Pro. It has gotten me a lot of mileage and helped produce some great music, but even after hours on the phone and in-store with Apple Support, it still runs very slowly and puts a dent in my effort to be creative and spontaneous. I hope I can save up the money to buy their new MacBook Pro, but that might not be for a while. In the meantime, I am stuck with a very slow computer and that is a challenge.

Staffs are nice, friendly with courteous. Apple is greedy and not cool. iPhone XS true depth camera not working with IOS15.4. Genius Bar diagnosed the camera is broken, replace costs about $170. I wanted to trade in the phone and purchase a mini 13, the trade in value was given $70, I just feel it’s a rip off. I feel Apple sees the phone is a piece of junk, I’d rather keep my junk and not waste my money on Apples anymore.

I bought my iphone here. I was told I had to backup my old phone to the cloud to restore it on my new phone. Since I did not have enough cloud space, I ended up buying more cloud space...Finally I was told that the backup would take time so I should come back the next day. I could have bought the phone online and do the same at home. Apple needs to figure a way to allow their engineers in Apple store to do data transfer from old to new phones directly otherwise I am not sure why they need a store. It took more than an hour in the store to buy the phone and I still had to come back the next day...This is not expected from a tech savvy company like apple. To make my experience even worse there was an outage in store when I went the next day so I wasted 2 more hours waiting for the systems to come back...

Very subpar experience at this Apple store. After speaking with Apple support online, I scheduled an appointment at this store to have my iPhone battery replaced. I am very familiar with Apple's technology and know that my battery needs replacement. The employee who met me insisted on "troubleshooting" by looking through all of my battery history, running diagnostics, etc. This took over half an hour of my time, even though I knew my battery needs replacing. The employee also chose to spend an extended period of time cleaning out the bottom of my phone (charging port, speakers, and screws). Finally after tiredly convincing this employee that I am sure I want the battery replaced, I got out of there after about 45 minutes. I returned later that afternoon after being notified that my phone was ready. When I arrived, I was made to wait for a while again before getting my phone back. They told me they were not able to replace my battery because one of the screws on the bottom of the phone was stripped. The only person who has ever touched those screws was the employee who helped me earlier in the day! Overall, this was an unpleasant waste of my time. The Geniuses were not eager to solve my problem but instead attempted to make it as laborious as possible. I'd recommend a more customer-focused approach to conducting your business.

Andy was extremely unhelpful and rude didn’t even care to ask for what color of the case I was looking for; instead, he decided to read the whole inventory of the store, of course, so that he could make his sell I walked away without getting my husband his valentines gift. Andy needs some more customer service training and actually Ask for what the customer is looking for and NOT what He wanted us to buy.

First off the have all these employees standing around not helping anyone Second one employee said that we can get a drink and bring in store and can drink it before leaving out and purchase a drink Third they called 3 security guards over one cup of coffee Now there are no signs on the door stating this at all also it's other employees being rude worst place ever to come just go to oakbrook that treat you better
