Went to get a big gulp. Seemed like the pepsi was mostly carbonated water. Cashier told me $1.92 and gave me a nickle back from $2. Could have asked for 2 pennies and explained, but didn't. Suppose bad service is now the norm for most establishments nowadays, considering all the reviews I see. Was foolish and returned for a large cup of ice. Charged $1. They did not provide vaseline. $1 for a cup of ice? NEVER going there AGAIN, EVER!! ~Nicholas

I try to avoid going here. Yes, it is a good location for entering and exiting and they do have gasoline which is the only product I would ever purchase at these sleazy "quickie marts". They seem to be consistently out of paper towels which I use to avoid touching the filthy gas nozzles and keypads. ~B

Convenient location and buy gas there at least once a month. The store is clean and well stocked but I like this business better when I am just getting gas at the pump and don't have to go inside. Has an odd vibe ~Chas

Man. The manager/ supervisor & employees save me. Very understanding. Told them my situation , and they completely worked with me. I’m blessed to have came here today. Customer service %100. Highly recommended Services: Oil change, Steering & suspension repair ~Slow

Words cannot express my gratitude to Nick and his staff. Tristan, Steve, and Mike were part of the staff that I met personally. I had an amazing and very heartfelt experience. The customer service is the best I have ever had. The service was quick and enjoyable. There were a lot of things to keep yourself busy with. There were interesting pieces to read about. Nick had a catalytic converter that he saved. It was all chopped up and he showed me the pieces of titanium and other things that make it so valuable. The entire shop was clean and beautifully kept. If you are looking for a life long mechanic like a doctor…this is the shop! This shop is the best hospital for cars! I am beyond pleased! I will never go anywhere else for any needs for my car again. Nick’s business is a success because he cares about not only getting your car fixed but he also absolutely cares about who is driving the car and those other cars on the road. He promotes safety and will not cheat you. The exact opposite. I had a crisis with my car this morning and in tears. I walked out of that store feeling cared for and I was treated with respect and compassion. What a life changing day and experience! Central Service & Repair! What a fitting name because they get to the heart of the matter and fix not only the problem but provide so many solutions for the future!!!!!!!!! Service: Tires ~Maria

My car was taken to Midas in Addison for an oil change as they have an ongoing BOGO free deal for oil changes. While making the appointment I specifically asked Chris will this be the free or chargeable oil change, to which he replied “this is the free one.” So I said “thanks, just checking to make sure I don’t need to send anyone with money.” My car was taken to the shop around 12 o’clock, after 3 hours, my sister receives a bill for $1,191.66 for a brake change, serpentine belt change, and fluid flush and noted at the bottom of the receipt that I authorized this. I did not receive a call as I was working and the number in their system is still inaccurate after being told to change. I did not authorize the maintenance. The owner then checked their history, proving that the “suggested” maintenance had been previously declined as well but will do nothing to assist with the faulty charges made on Chris R’s behalf. This is TERRIBLE business. And a rip off! How does anyone feel justified in looking at a young female and thinking “oh I’m going to completely rip her off today.” This is sickening. As a business they should directly receive authorization from the owner. Our phone numbers are on record and in previous situations even when my car is taken there by other people I typically receive a call for authorization. This is not good business whatsoever.
