I was a little skeptical about going here. I was in a hurry and had a million things to to the day I was there and all I needed was a headlight replacement. It took a half an hour maybe 45 min from the time I drove into the back to the time I drove out and the guys couldn't have been nicer and more professional.

There are about 5 other mechanic shops that surround this Jiffy Lube but none of them will give you the quick, quality, efficient and friendly service that this place does. I trust these people with my car always; they're fair and informative and never try to get you to buy unnecessary services. I sat in their clean lobby today and heard two other customers say that this is the only place they come to due to the great service they've received. The whole team there is phenomenal, wish I knew all their names to shout them out but I've been helped by Francisco, Alexus, and Alfredo this week. Please save your self the pain and heartache and do not take your car here I recently moved out here and thought this jiffy lube was a good option for a standard oil change i have been to many jiffy lubes before with other cars so I decided to get a oil change on my 2017 vw at this location for the first time boy was I wrong I went there 2/11/22 everything was fine initial my low oil light went on when I had 600 miles until my next oil change and I stoped at the nearest oil place that was not jiffy lube immediately the owner lifted my car and showed me that jiffy lube had broke my oil change cover and tied it with zip ties that wasn’t even the worse part my car take 5.8 quarts of oil they only put 3 in so the owner informed me to call and speak to them so they can fix the issue so my husband called and the manger informed him that the people that worked on my car was no longer working there that they got terminated so he can’t verify what went on so he would get some one to call me to get this fixed. So I received a call from the district manger Collin he was very rude and disrespectful he basically told me even if they did put 3 quarts of oil in my car when I paid for 5.8 it’s basically my fault cause I didn’t take it back up there and do top of service that I was never told at the time of service there negligent cause me engine damage that they refuse to help get fix and this is my only means of transportation with a small child I have to go back and forth to work and nursing school please don’t go here Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

I have found a new Jiffy Lube. Not that the old one was bad. This one is closer to home and had a few more things that impressed me. I was greeted right away. I needed a top off and my tires filled, both of which are free services. I could have been sent to the back of the line but I was treated as courageously as a paying customer. Then what really impressed me is they did an inspection. They recommended a couple things which I said I needed to check with my husband. The gentleman didn't even try a hard sell. He just printed the recommended services out...which was great because I'd already forgotten the name of the services when I got home. Professional, courteous, friendly. I'll definitely give them my business.

The condescending manager tries to push some phony service agreement for my company fleet vehicle. My manager said he ironed things out with Jiffy Lube management but they were trying to push every service they offered without my companies conscent. This use to be a fair, family owned business but now it is an overpriced scam. They do not even vacuum the interior or clean the windows anymore. You get a lot less for more money. Do yourself a favor and use your local mechanic, you will be glad you did. Service: Oil change

This place is terrible and it seems like they are never open for business. I tried calling many times and they never answer the phone. When I did end up going there for a full service oil change, they told me they were too busy and sent me over to a different Jiffy Lube store in Roselle. Very poor management in my opinion. On a better note, the staff at the Roselle Jiffy Lube was way better than I expected. Joey and Robb D are exceptional there and very professional. I ended up getting my front and rear brakes replaced there and new tires put on my car too. I will definitely return to this store from now on whenever I need service on my car. Service: Oil change
