For a quick lane, the wait is always 1-2 hours minimum. Worst Ford service center around. Update to 3 years later, "Quick Lane" was going to take at least 7 hours.... Roberts is the absolute worst.

The only oil change place that I know can make an appointment three days in advance they put your car in you sit there for an hour and they come back and tell you we don't have the stuff to do the oil change.. I distinctly told them when I made the appointment that I was driving a 2008 Audi Q7 it takes a special kind of oil and special kind of oil filter can you do this yes we know what we're doing they say... Receptionist at the desk tells me what we are Ford dealer not an Audi dealer it's not our fault.. I'll reply with you knew three days ago what type of vehicle that was what it special needs were why didn't you have the parts ready if I was to do this at my job I would be fired.. She replies well then maybe I should be fired.. If that's your reply Roberts Motors Quick Lane to a paying customer then I shall never bring my business there ever again..

wish i could give it a lower rating called and asked for an oil change at 12:30 they told me it would be done by 6! going to meineke ill be in and out in less than 30 min.
