The employees were very patient with my boyfriend and son because of course we showed up 5 minutes before they were to close and the son had a minor meltdown which I resolved quickly. Thank you for your patience with us.

They had plenty of stock on what we were shopping for. But, the very first thing whenI walked in it smelled of sewage. Then we noticed that the carpet had water stains all over it. I bout a package of socks and left. I couldn't get past the smell so I didn't get to look at the shoes.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes but when I got there to pick them up was told someone stole one pair and they unfortunately didn't have any more of that pair. Didn't offer to reorder them or anything for that matter just told me they wouldn't charge me for that pair.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I am also very happy with the product selection. Went to Shoe Carnival earlier in the day and was disappointed. I know that back to school is a high volume time, but the Alton Mall location really came through. Wish I would have gotten the names of the two associates. They nailed it.
