My husband and I recently we to the Alton store to transfer our cellphone service to AT&T. Madison was super friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions, found all the discounts we qualified for, and transferred our service in record time! We are extremely happy with our visit and service! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Although I almost never give reviews, the overall quality of the experience that I received made it almost mandatory that I left a review. From being greeted with an smile and being helped quickly, to learning about the company and all the different plans and deals that they offered, I left AT&T in a fantastic mood, and truthfully am grateful that I stopped by to see how much switching to them would cost. Although I was not able to switch to them because of personal financial issues, Randy, the worker I spoke with, gave me all the information I needed and talked me through the process of everything. If I ever do decide to switch to AT&T, I definitely will be in good hands!

After finally deciding to switch from Sprint to AT&T, I couldn't be happier. I honestly don't know why I waited so long. Everyone in the store was very nice and so very helpful. Deion was so knowledgeable of all the plans. He was very patient and made the transition so easy. I definitely recommend this store. You won't regret it.

I just wanna give a shout out to Tyler, who sold me and my mother a 98$ dollar plan, then when the bill came it was over 200$ and when my mother went to the store he hid in the back (she saw him). Must be nice playing the good guy to sell, then treating a 58yr diabetic lady like this. Truly hope this never happens to your mother, Tyler.

Truly disappointed in my experience in this store. I went in to upgrade my phone. Because of a promotion, I was told by the employee that after I traded in my old phone I would owe $350 on an iPhone 11. I paid that amount upfront and was told that I would see a charge on my bill for $11, and a credit on my bill of $11 since my phone was fully paid for upfront. Well, when I got the bill I was only credited $6. After attempting to fix this in the store I was told I needed to contact customer service. After 3 hours on the phone with customer service the only solution that was reached was that the employee who sold me the phone made an error, and applied a promo to my sale that didn't actually exist for the phone I was purchasing. Because this was a point of sale error, I was directed back to the store. The store's solution for their employee error? To credit me $35 for a phone I had already traded in. There was nothing they were willing to do about the extra $215 I apparently owed on a phone that I was told was completely paid off when purchased in the store. A couple more hours on the phone with customer service and I was able to open a case and am getting the issue corrected. This location is truly disappointing time and time again. Aside from this problem I had, when my boyfriend went in to buy a new phone and sign up for one line, he got home to find out they were charging him for two lines. A day later an internet router was delivered to our door because they had also signed him up for internet - again, an employee error that took MONTHS to fix through corporate customer service. Be incredibly wary if purchasing from here; you will likely end up with services and fees that you did not agree to.

Carlie worked persistently on our account for 3 hours today! She is the only reason we will be sticking with AT&T she was having as tough a time as I have had over the last 4 months to fix the issue. Amber also was a big help and now I feel like these two are family after having to spend so long there today! I truly appreciate the hard work to actually make sure the problem was resolved instead of just being passed on.

I love the employees at this store. Not only did they save me on my monthly bill but they saved my baby. My 10 month old son started choking on his Dr Pepper during our visit but this angel of an employee (Amber? I think) said she knew the baby version of the heimlich and jumped into action. She truly went above and beyond for my customer experience. 5/5 great deals great vibes

My experience was amazing. My wife and I came into upgrade our phones and add our son to our account. Carlie helped us and made everything so easy and signed us up for better internet and cheaper TV. Definitely going back in the future
