Best cell phone store in Alton, Illinois (IL) 2024

One of the better stores in the franchise, the guys in here are polite, quick, and very knowledgeable. In three years of coming here regularly I've never had a single issue that was in any way the store or employee's fault. Glad to see there's still some good locations out there! ~dakotah

Although I almost never give reviews, the overall quality of the experience that I received made it almost mandatory that I left a review. From being greeted with an smile and being helped quickly, to learning about the company and all the different plans and deals that they offered, I left AT&T in a fantastic mood, and truthfully am grateful that I stopped by to see how much switching to them would cost. Although I was not able to switch to them because of personal financial issues, Randy, the worker I spoke with, gave me all the information I needed and talked me through the process of everything. If I ever do decide to switch to AT&T, I definitely will be in good hands! ~Kamren
