I have been with this company for 10+ years and some store are good some aren’t but I have to say this has been by far my favorite store. He helped me with every single thing. Did not complain,was super friendly and just down right honest and helpful. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ED

We went to the Antioch, IL store to do a few things and I can say is JOEY! JOEY! JOEY! He is the most patient, wonderful, young man in the world! Did I mention patient and kind? Well he is all these adjectives rolled into one dude! AT &T please keep him, if he is the face of your company then he is represents your company well!

Joey and Edd are the two most helpful, kind, and best representatives I have ever worked with at AT&T. They make the buying process easy and enjoyable. I’m blown away with the care I was provided today in buying my phone. I love these guys and as someone who has other AT&T stores closer to me I will only come to this one from now on as they have provided me the best of services on this day 05/11/22

We came to Antioch Il store after spending 2 plus hours at a different location. We got to the store 30 mins before closing and Ed was helping another customer but was able to be helpful and informative even tho we were there past closing. He was able to help 3 customers at once even staying late and was friendly and helpful the whole time. He deserves a recognition of some kind.

Joey was ready to help me as soon as I walked in. He knew everything that needed to be done and was very helpful doing it. He explained everything in a way that I would understand and it made the process way easier than when I've had to upgrade before. I had a great experience at the store!

I was just at the gurnee location today and let me tell you... what an eye opener. This place has the audacity to lie to your face. Telling me that to go with iPhone I would only get 350 for an 800 dollar phone on trade in. And they didn't tell me my phone wasn't compatible with att and I have had nothing but problems for the last 2 weeks because this place has failed me. I really don't recommend this place. If you go anywhere for att I recommend gurnee and ask for Greg!! Probably not gonna be able to stay with att because all these people do is lie and try to steal everyone's money. I learned a lesson. GO TO GURNEE
