I would have given them a 5 because John was very knowledgeable. However, the $99 mattress cover was really not necessary (thank goodness I did not purchase the $200 pillows). I also have a problem with the "Gold Service"... Basically delivery, every other place gives free delivery, but okay I get it with the cost of gas etc. Seems really high for delivery. If I did not have the extra $200 (which was a third of the cost of the mattress I purchased), things would have been perfect. Wiser now on the purchase, will shop around next time.
