I can't say enough good about Nari and her kindness and commitment to the Pekin store. Very long story short, I lost everything 18 months ago due to a house fire. So.... I went in and purchased a new bed and adjustable frame. I love it!!! So called her again to get another one. Somehow she remembered me. I told her I wanted the same thing. Ty!!

Came in to get a bed for my son (full size), found one that he liked and was all set to go. The amazing sales staff walked us though the process and even suggested a larger (queen) size in case he was planning to get a bit a taller for the same price! Will definitely be back for additional and future furniture purchases.

If you ever come to this place, have Nari help you! She was truly helpful, and made the process of finding a mattress so easy. I’m located in Springfield so I originally had gone to the store that’s in Springfield and the lady who works there was awful! She was no help whatsoever. DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN SPRINGFIELD. Me and my fiancé were looking for a certain mattress and she said they didn’t have it or have it at any of the other locations. She looked like she didn’t care about helping us out. So I took it upon myself to call the other locations. I called the store in Pekin and had the pleasure of speaking to Nari and she did everything to help me out even though she was busy helping other customers as well. She took the time to call me back to inform me that she had found the mattress that we were looking for! So I just want to thank Nari because she is truly a great person and has great customer service! Go to her👌🏼 As to the lady in Springfield... you should learn from Nari.
