Our poor Yoda passed away today I'm not gonna lie I've never had a big dog pass away. I had no clue what to do. I called them and they took control let me know what my options were. Mind you I was emotional wreck and they offered support basically a shoulder to lean on. They treated my family member like it was one of their own. Let my wife pet him before they took him. Offered not moral support. Not gonna lie think they earned a lifetime customer. When and if we get another 4 legged family member. Once again I cannot thank all of you as much as I want to. Abby you was awesome BTW YOU HELP!!!!! Much love to all of you who has to see some of us people at our worse thanks again. Edit: we’ve have been using them ever since this bad day. The staff and doctors are awesome hands down the best. They treat animals like it’s their own. And they spoil your animals FYI

I highly recommend this place. Our local Vet was booked up with emergencies as we had one ourselves. So we were told to call here. If it wasn't for Highland, my Olive wouldn't be here today and I will never forget that. Thank you to the staff that went the extra mile coming out to the car to help and take great care of her during her stay/visit. She's getting better and stronger every day! Thank you!

We took our little guy (5 month old norweigian) with a broken leg. I have great respect for Dr steffan ..he handled Trey perfectly. He is very down to earth. And he listens..I do not know who the person was who spent time on the floor while my little guy right after surgery. But I want to say Thank you for not leaving him.alone. Asa is the best! I asked for help he came right out to the car picked Trey up took good care of him.he asked me many questions about Trey's food and habits etc.. Very good at making sure..the only thing I wish you had was a couple different options for finance.. We made it work without but would be helpful. It is shocking when your pet gets hurt.my other two have health insurance. They advised us to wait with the baby till 6 months he is 5 months .Thank you. We will recommend you

We went to the animal hospital worried that our puppy had Parvo. They gave him a test and said they’d call us in 5-10 minutes. I waited an hour. I finally called and was told the test has not been run yet. I finally get a call 15 minutes after I spoke with the front desk. He was indeed negative so they had us come in. We get seated in a room and they get his info and say the doctor will be in soon. We waited in this room for 1-2 hours while our puppy was sick. It was extremely unprofessional my dog hadn’t eaten in over 24 hours. When they finally saw us they immediately said they didn’t know what was wrong with him. They gave him fluids for the countless hours we had been waiting for them and an antibiotic and anti nausea pill and sent us home with some bland wet food. All of which did nothing to help him but after spending so much money for them not to do anything I was going to try everything I could before I took him back there.

Called from car so they’d send someone out to bring us inside, they forgot about us for over an hour until I finally called again. Once I called again they took my information (first call was 1min 2nd was 9min) if that says anything.. then once I got inside we got a room immediately, it took about two hours for them to see her (which is understandable for an ER). They took her back to figure out what was wrong THEN came to me with a receipt to see if I could even afford their care. I said I couldn’t afford everything that night, but they won’t allow you to make payments or even give suggestions for care credit. They proceeded to walk out, create another receipt with the care I could pay right there, only then did they even start her care. They had everything on a list that they know she needed to be healthy, but since I could only pay half right then & there they gave minimal care and let my dog leave knowing she didn’t receive proper care. My dog will be okay but others won’t, and that’s really really sad. This vet is all about money, animals are not the main factor here. (I also didn’t even get to see my dog again until I paid in full) shameful.
