We got 2 new kittens who needed checked over, and they got us in quick. Everyone there was so nice, including Dr. Zack Talbert. They treated our kittens just like we would! Really, the only thing not to like is the road leading to the parking lot, which is rough. But I don't think it's their responsibility to take care of that.

What a tough vet to work with. We have called 12 times in the last 3 days, trying to get records sent and trying to pay a bill. It constantly goes to their recording. The vet was supposed to call during the foster home's visit, no call until 3 days later. The dog had a crushed foot and XRAYS were done in this office and while the dog is in pain, we have been waiting for a call from this vet. Furthermore, poor communication on their part of working with a rescue to help a dog. We should have been more clear and so should they have. They charge an arm and a leg for their services. $227 for vaccinations and a heart worm test is outrageous. No rescue would ever be able to save dogs if they worked with vets like this one. When I finally reached them to pay the bill and send the records over, I had to call AGAIN a couple hours later because they didn't send the XRAY. We would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone who cares about their animal. Either they do not have enough staff to answer phones, or they just don't care. What a sad experience. :(

Recently I unfortunately had to find out how personal and compassionate they could be when I had my best buddy euthanized because of cancer. Although it was a tragedy, I received paw prints and his ashes in an urn. I held my buddy for the last time on this earth while he went to be in K9 heaven. Just typing this saddens me, but everything was taken care of by Timbercrest for thoughtfully.

I came in with my 15 year old dog to have her euthanized, I was the only customer there. The person on the phone never acknowledged me and neither did anyone else who came up front. I sat out in the waiting room for several minutes with my scared old sick beloved pet before they called me back. The vet was friendly but was hoping my dog would have gone to sleep without having any struggle. It was very expensive to do this and very hard emotionally and I wish the whole experience would have gone better. Wont go back.

The one time when I seriously needed to get my dog in after him having horrible green diarrhea for four days and nothing at home was helping, they refused to work him in and sent me to an emergency vet costing me about a thousand dollars. Let’s face it, when your dog is sick is really the time when you need your vet to come thru for you. Everything else is maintenance. They were not there for me and my dog when we really needed them and he was truly sick. If you don’t wanna experience being ignored and simply pushed off to an emergency vet clinic when you’re truly in need then by all means go to the clinic with your fur baby. Good luck, because you will need it! Incredibly disappointing and heartless. Disgraceful, shouldn’t even be allowed to care for animals.
