Dr Ryan and her team get 5 plus stars every time they see my animals. Exceptional and knowledgeable care, great service. Always manage to squeeze me in in a pinch. So glad to have a good large animal vet so close!

Spent so much time looking for a good vet for my dog, all the other places I took her never really addressed the concerns I had and rushed me out the door. Took a chance and scheduled an appointment at Timbercrest and I have no regrets. My dog loves the facility and the vets so much and they're so good with her. They even checked up on her when she had surgery at a different facility 💜

I love this vet clinic. I’ll be honest, I hate driving there when there are multiple vets closer to us, but it’s worth the drive to see Dr. Fluty. I have two pets that I take to her… Daisy my 14 year old pointer mix who has a bunch of issues in her old age. She’s helped her tremendously in her golden years. We know Daisy is getting towards the end, but Dr. Fluty has given us days and months that we didn’t think we’d have with her. The office always makes sure to check on her and Dr. Fluty has even called me personally to help me with Daisy. They’ve squeezed Daisy in for urgent visits when they’ve been booked as well. I feel they genuinely care about Daisy and I can’t tell you how much that means to me. If anyone at Timbercrest reads this, thank you! Dr. Fluty also sees my 8 month old Sphynx, Fenway! He is your typical kitten! Loves the attention and everyone is so smitten with him! Luckily we haven’t had to take him often (knock on wood, lol). We have also seen Dr. Ryan and had good experiences with her too! I would not hesitate to take your pet here. I haven’t been to the Lincoln clinic but I would feel comfortable taking my pets there too based on the experience I get from Atlanta. Their prices seem comparable to most vet clinics. The thing I really like about Dr. Fluty and Dr. Ryan is they don’t try to hike up the bill. They are honest and let you know what is necessary and what can wait or won’t help. I appreciate that. 5/5 and I’m glad I took the word of the community. It’s also nice to support a vet in our school district! Thank you, Timbercrest for taking such great care of my babies!

A friend referred me to Timbercrest when I first got my pup, listening to their advice was the best decision I’ve made. The staff is super kind and friendly, the organization is professional as a whole, and they’re always giving reminders to keep my dog up to date on all his records and appts. They’ve taken care of my dog from his first shots, neutering, injury, and regular checkups. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I have been taking my dog there for the past 3 years and I have never loved a vet more in my life. They are very nice and are always making sure that your pets care is the highest priority. I recently moved about 45 minutes away from them I still take my dog to see them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet that is friendly and always happy to see you and your pet and give them the best care imaginable.

Absolutely love them, they are very professional and caring. They got right down to finding out our sweet Chewy had cancer, when previous vet couldn't. Was so supportive from beginning until the heartbreaking end, and after. Will continue with these wonderful people and business. Highly recommend.

I moved back to Lincoln in November 2015 after living in Chicago for 30 years. I was worried about finding a good veterinarian. I worried unnecessarily. From our first appointment, I’ve been quite pleased with Timbercrest and all of the staff. My soon to be 12 year old ShihTzu, Sadie Grace has been in good hands. From the routine appointment to an eye infection to an anal gland problem, she’s been treated terrifically!. Professional. Loving. Caring. Fantastic at explaining. We are in GREAT hands!

I've been coming to Timbercrest for about 15 years now and I have never experienced better customer care...anywhere! And it is consistent. No matter what the issue or type of service, you can always count on it being nothing less than a positive encounter from the first phone contact to the followup after the service.
